CoA will not release the NATA 2026 counselling dates. No common counselling process will be held for NATA qualified candidates. For admissions, the candidates will have to individually apply to their preferred institute. The individual counselling dates will be prepared and released by the participating institutes. Yes, you can get admission to Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development with 70% in Class 12th. Colleges may also consider your performance on entrance exams, like JEE Main/Advance. For example, candidates who appeared for Class 12th/equivalent in 2022 or 23 can apply for JEE Main 2024 with a minimum aggregate of 75% for general (65% for SC/ST).

Pre Admission Scholarship (Means based) can be availed only by filling up the online scholarship form along with admissions application form. The forms are available at the official website. Applicant will be able to access the online scholarship form only after submitting the admissions application form. Applicant need to fill up the online scholarship form only once, irrespective of number of programmes he or she wish to apply. 

The course is divided into four semesters and second semester is exchange opportunity. In every semeters, 18 credits are there and electives and summer winter school consist of 12 credits. However, in every semester studio unit is subject is compulsory for MArch Interior Design at CEPT University.

For general and reserved catory, the candidate should have complete BArch with 55% aggregate and for reserved category, it should be 50% aggregate, respectively.
