NIRF 2025 Rankings are out. As per the latest NIRF 2025 rankings, CHARUSAT ranks #90 under the category 'Pharmacy'.
For NEET UG Round 5 seat allotment, the last date of reporting at the allotted college is Jan 10, 2026.
A few more updates are given below:
- The GPAT 2026 application form for admission to the MPharma course is expected to be released during the first week of April 2026.
- The GUJCET 2026 registrations have been extended again till Jan 16, 2026 with late fee for admission to BE/BTech and BPharma courses. Further, the GUJCET Exam 2026 will be held on March 29, 2026.

Admissions to the BTech programme offered at Charotar University of Science and Technology is entrance-based. Students seeking to apply for the course must fulfil both the eligibility and selection criteria for the university. The university accepts JEE Main or GUJCET score for admission to its BTech programme. Hence, a student can still get into the CHARUSAT BTech course without appearing for JEE Main, given they have a valid GUJCET score. In CHARUSAT, Application, prospectus and registration fees once paid will not be refunded once the payment is done except some situation. Further, the university refund caution fee deposit. Additionally, convenience fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction. Given below is the case in which university offers refunds:
- If transaction is successfull, and candidates didn't get the event ticket, then candidates should contact the university as possible through email on alumni@charusat.ac.in
- For events: If event is cancelled by the organizers, then CHARUSAT will not be responsible for any circumstances arised like refunding ticket amount. However, you can directly contact organizers which you can find on event detail page.
- For Membership: If any discrepancy is found in your details, your life membership would be cancelled without any refund.

In this university there are 11 different branches of engineering where one can take admission. Depending on the branch the fee varies from 3.9 lacs to 5.1 lakhs.

If you want to pursue UG degree from Chaotar University of Science and technology, the fees is not too high as comparitively to other private universities.
The average tuition fees for UG courses at CHARUSAT is around 3,00,000 per year. However, the fees vary depending on the course. For example, the fees for engineering courses are higher than the fees for Science courses.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, the eligibility conditions which make a student eligible to apply for admission in any college and getting actual admission or two different perspectives. In this university the eligibility condition states that a student needs to get at least 45% marks in 12th standard examination. With you having obtained 60% marks you are definitely eligible to seek admission in this university. However whether you will get admission or not depends on your performance in JEE Mains examination or GUJCET examination. If you score well in either of this examinations than only you can think of getting admission. Of course if you are thinking of getting admission under the management quota then this does not matter at all and it will only require your negotiation skills to determine the fees that you will have to pay for the seat since you have already crossed the Rubicon of minimum eligibility condition.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, cutoffs or normally announced by an institution so that there is no unnecessary crowding at the counselling stage and only probable candidates are called for counselling. It is also pertinent to know that this figure of cutoff keeps changing from year to year for different branches of engineering depending on the perception of students as to which branch is the current one. However the answer to your query would be that the students normally would not get admission who have less than cutoffs in that particular route of admission. But the possibility exists that they could get admission if they follow a different route like for example instead of getting admission via the centralised admission process called ACPC, if they go in for the admissions against seats which are to be filled up by the institution then even the students who have less than cut off can get admission. This may not happen in a government institution since all 100% seats in Gujarat are filled up via acpc whereas in private institutions like Charotar University, only 50% seats are filled up by this method.

Among IIS (Deemed to be University) and Rajasthan Technical University, the highest number of seats for MBA course at IIIM is given through the affiliation of RTU. The total no. of seats offered by this university is 180. On the other hand, seats by the IISU is 80.
