CHARUSAT fee is a sum of multiple components such as caution deposit, tuition fee, exam fee, etc. Candidates are required to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the university. Below is CHARUSAT courses and fee:

In CHARUSAT, Application, prospectus and registration fees once paid will not be refunded once the payment is done except some situation. Further, the university refund caution fee deposit. Additionally, convenience fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction. Given below is the case in which university offers refunds:
- If transaction is successfull, and candidates didn't get the event ticket, then candidates should contact the university as possible through email on alumni@charusat.ac.in
- For events: If event is cancelled by the organizers, then CHARUSAT will not be responsible for any circumstances arised like refunding ticket amount. However, you can directly contact organizers which you can find on event detail page.
- For Membership: If any discrepancy is found in your details, your life membership would be cancelled without any refund.
CHARUSAT MBA students are eligible for different types of scholarships, such as the CHARUSAT Merit Scholarship, Late Maniben Shankarbhai Patel Scholarship, Late Shankarbhai Chhaganbhai Patel Scholarship, Late Dahiben Ravjibhai Patel & Dineshbhai Ravjibhai Patel Merit Cum Means Scholarship, Prof. S. G. Shah Scholarship, Urmil & Mayuri Desai Family Trust Scholarship, Umedbhai Dharamdas Patel Charitable Trust Scholarship, and CSPIT-Alumni Association Scholarship. These scholarships are available to Indian students, along with international students satisfying the eligibility norms laid down by the university or the concerned scholarship authority.
