To get admission into the BSc course, applicants are required to fulfil the complete eligibility criteria. that candidates must complete their Class 12 in the PCB/PCMB/PCM subjects. Additionally, candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50%. Additionally, for the selection process, the university and its constituent college accept the scores of entrance exams—the ICAR CUET/ CCSHAU entrance exam, followed by a counselling process. 

The deadline for admission to BSc courses at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University for Haryana Residents was  May 31, 2025. The deadlines for the candidates applying outside of Haryana can be different. Additionally, for admission to BSc courses, applicants must complete their basic eligibility criteria first, which is that applicants must complete their Class 12 with an aggregate of 50%. 

The e-admit card for the BSc course at CCS HAU is issued provisionally to the candidates subject to satisfying the eligibility condition. Additionally, for the selection process, the university accepts valid scores of CAT/ CMAT, followed by a counselling process. For a general MBA course, applicants with any bachelor's degree can apply for the course. 

For admission to the MBA course at Agri Business Management at CCS HAU, candidates must complete BSc (Hons) Ag/ BSc Ag 4 year/ Hort./ Forestry/ Home Sc/ Community Science/ Dairy Sc/ Fisheries/ BTech (Agril Engg)/ BVSc /BSc (Hons) Agri-Business Management. Additionally, candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 55% for General and Backwards Class Category, 52.25% for SC/ PwD (Person with Disability)/ Differently Abled Category.
