DBRAU Agra is a government university. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra, formerly known as Agra University, was established in 1927. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra is accredited with a B grade by NAAC. DBRAU Agra offers UG, PG, PG diploma and Doctoral level programmes in the fields of Humanities, Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, etc. DBRAU campus is well-equipped with modern facilities and infrastructure. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra does not offer any scholarships of its own. However, students can apply for various state government scholarships. The scholarships are:

• Post Matric Scholarship for SC, ST, and OBC students under different schemes of the Govt.
• Merit cum-Means Based scholarship for professional and Technical courses (from Ministry of Minority Affairs).
• Post Matric Scholarship from the Director of Welfare of Tea and Ex-tea garden.
• AICTE scholarship for the GATE qualified students of MTech

DBRAU offers MA as a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. To get admission to the MA course at DBRAU, students need to fulfill eligibility criteria. A candidate scoring a minimum of 45% in graduation is eligible to apply for MA admission at the university. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree can apply for the programme. MBA curriculum under RGPV follows a credit-based grading system spread over four semesters. In the first year, students cover all the core management subjects like Marketing, Finance, HR, etc. The course follows a mix of internal assessments, practicals, and final exams for evaluation. By the final semester, students are may be required to submit a project report or dissertation.
