The Micro Department of DDU.
Placements: There is a bot worth a percentage for placement in a microbiology course. Some important companies in this field for jobs such as Biotechnica, and ICMR. You can try for a job in the CSIR, UPCSRI, and some other top institutes like DRDO and IARI. The jobs are interview-based.
Infrastructure: The classroom and faculty are not in good condition; there is one classroom, including a laboratory and library. The library is very short, and there are limited books in there, you can take only two books in a week, and the behavior of the librarian is not as good.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified, and they are very helpful, but their study is not good case they do not attend the classes at the time. The coordinator and HOD of the department are so cool and helpful and guide the students every step during work and study.
Other: The faculty should be improved and the teaching techniques. The vice should visit the faculty at once.

Botany Department of DDUGU.
Placements: In Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, especially in the Department of Botany, there are very few companies that come for placement. In the year 2024, out of 63 students, only three got placements. The company that gave placement is Allen, and they recruit teachers for their faculty on a bond of three years.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Botany department is good as we can see there are facilities of smart boards in every class. Every master's student gets their required material for practical and research, but the seating arrangement and toilets are not such that we can rate it five stars.
Faculty: The faculty is cooperative, and every teacher of the faculty shows their concern for their students. The curriculum is a little vast, but it is required for the completion of the master's degree. Exams are regulated smoothly, so we can rate it with four stars because some of the teachers were unable to complete their curriculum on time, so I am resisting myself from rating it five stars.

You will complete you pg in a very minimal cost, and they are also provided with good facilities.
Placements: 70% of students were placed in msc botany. Botany. And the package for this course is just 10000. And after you complete your post-graduation, you should be able to teach in a private school as well as prepare for the NET Jrf exam that will give you a chance of high growth and success.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is also good, and food is also good. The classroom interior is not that good, but the facilities are good, and you will find a nice environment. So, I suggest you go for it if you want to take admission. Please go ahead .
Faculty: The quality of education is good, and the faculty is very experienced. They are really very supportive and cooperative. The level of the exam is good, and I can say it is not that much difficult. If you complete your syllabus at a time, then you will be able to perform very well.
Other: I chose MSc Botany because I am very much interested in pursuing my career in the botany field. The scholarship I got on time.

Worth studying here for biotechnology .
Placements: There is no placement drive as in the biotechnology department; you can apply for various companies by yourself but yes, we get information about internship programs from our professors and DDU has signed a MoU with ICMR Gorakhpur from where the student can do their internship and project work. Since there is no placement drive, no basic upper limit is known, but yes, alumni of the department are working in various fields and research.
Infrastructure: The classes are equipped with smart boards, institutions have free Wi-Fi passwords that will provided by your mentor if there's any necessary work, the library has enough books for the course and there is enough space for 44 students, That is total department strength canteen is far away from department; you can better go to outside gate hostel, which is provided at reasonable price 2 girls and 2 boys per batch but food is not good, emergency medicine are available state-level sports competition are organized .
Faculty: Obviously, as a government institution, it have well-qualified and experienced professors. 6 professors are right now in department, which is good ratio according to number of students. They are very helpful and supportive, the teaching method is good through presentation, and the curriculum is good The syllabus is standard according to every other institution in the country and it focuses on practical and research work. You've got to give dissertation work every semester, which makes you good and skilled student. The semester is every 6 months, with project work, practicals, and presentations. If you're interactive, you'll not fail.
Other: I've chosen this institution because it is near my residence and has the lowest cost compared to other institutions. It's graded A+ by NAAC and improving day by day. Improvements are needed in the laboratory to provide more equipment for individual use. This is a major drawback. Event fests are not happening here, but freshmen and farewell parties are well organized, as are cultural programs at the university level. Scholarships are provided to poor students by the up-and-coming government and merit-based by the Indian government. You can also join NSS/NCC and socio-political groups here.

Faculty of the college is amazing and the infrastructure is good.
Placements: The placements rate of the students in this college is 100 percent. The companies visiting are Allen institute and Physics wallah for the placements of the students who are great at academics. You must solve the books in the college library. The packages post M.Sc. can be expected between 2 Lacs to 6 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of hostel is amazing and services are good including water, food, classrooms and library. The food quality is good and feels home made. All the junior and senior students are satisfied with the college.
Faculty: The teaching staff was helpful, well educated and qualified. They adopted modern techniques for teaching. The curriculum is revised every year. The semester exams take time and the passing percentage is good. If you work hard and smart, you will get a good percentage with first division.
Other: I want to become a Professor of Physics that why I chose the course of Master’s Degree in Physics.

A tour of my college by a student.
Placements: 60 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 100,000 per year. The lowest is 50,000 per year. 50 percent of students got internships. There are no specific roles. I don't know about companies. But I like that it has to focus on all types of students.
Infrastructure: My college has good facilities. It has computer labs, physics labs, chemistry labs, zoology labs, and botany labs. Good sports areas are there, such as basketball, football fields, and many more. The library was there, but not all books are available. Some problems are in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. The semesters are moderate and hard, too. Some improvements are required because it should have some flair and fashion. And many other programs, with no fuss.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in it. This course gives us a lot of knowledge about animals and plants. There is no need for improvement; everything is fine, but there is no fest.
