To be eligible for admission to MA at BAMU University, candidates must pass graduation in the relevant stream from a recognised university. It is mandatory to meet the basic educational requirements of the course as the 50% weightage is given to past academic records in the final selection process.

BAMU offers MA across 20+ specialisations. These are English, Economics, Geography, Hindi, History, Political Science, Sociology, etc. The selection to all these courses is done through a common selection process, which includes qualifying for CET, fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria and submitting the application form.

BAMU Aurangabad is a state university that was established in 1958 and is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and  AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). Being a state university, the fee is not very high. Even if the students find the fee a little high, they can apply for the various scholarships offered by the university. BAMU offers various facilities to students like a library, cafeteria, hostel, sports complex, and also provides various other facilities to undergraduate and postgraduate course students.
