DY Patil Vidyapeeth BBA Admission 2022

The University offers a BBA course of three-year duration at the UG level. For admission to the BBA programme, aspirants need to take AIET, held at University-level. It consists of 100 objective-type MCQs (one mark each). The duration of AIET is also one and a half hours and has 25 questions each on English, General Knowledge (GK), Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability. Further, the University prepares a merit list of the candidates who have appeared for AIAHCET/ AIET/ AIBTCET in accordance with the total aggregate secured by the candidates. Sufficient eligible candidates in the merit list are called for counselling and on-the-spot admission.

DY Patil Vidyapeeth Admission 2022: Distance Learning Courses

DY Patil Vidyapeeth offers an option of distance learning through its Institute of Distance Learning (IDL) in the field of Management including BBA programmes. It has a high-end multi-point to multi-point video conferencing system with the latest video and audio equipment supported by high-speed leased lines to teach the students who opt for distance learning progammes. This college is good, because of the faculty, and good placement.

Placements: The highest package is above 15lakh, and the minimum is 6lakh. Internship is provided in 2nd year. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Royal Enfield, Tata, and many others. Out of 90 students, 24 get internship.

Infrastructure: Nice college. Good placement. Library, computer classes, sports, highly educated teachers are available. The quality of the college is very good. They provide Wi-Fi, study table, chair, washroom, separate bedroom, kitchen, and even induction stove for your own cooking, if u need.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and well qualified. They provide us industrial visit in 2,3 months, and they also teach us well. The make of industry ready. Our semester exam is not hard. Passing percentage is 33%.

Other: I chose this course, because GBSRC is known for Management studies. They try to provide placement to all the students of BBA.

I am not satisfied with placements.

Placements: From 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, HDFC, Reliance, etc. The highest salary package for BBA is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. About 60% of students get placed every year in our college. Some companies like OYO and Decathlon provided internship opportunities to students from our batch. Around 4-5 students got placed in these companies, and the stipend ranges between Rs. 4,000 - Rs.10,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The library is available on campus, and there are many books in the library. Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors, lights, fans, benches, air-conditioners, and blackboards.

Faculty: There are many faculty members in our college. For every subject, there are different faculty members. Their teaching methods are very good. There are six semesters in three years of course. In every semester, there are two exams. Passing the exams is not difficult, even if you study a little less.

Other: Many sports and activities like cricket, basketball, football, badminton, chess, and carrom are held in our college. There is one website named DPU ERP, which is the college website for students, but the college itself runs the website.

Satisfied because of our college facilities.

Placements: Almost 60% - 70% of students got placed. The highest package was around 12-13 LPA. And the lowest was 4-5 LPA. Deloitte is top recruiting company for my course. Around 60-70% of students got their internship through college mostly in start up companies. Top roles are HR and managers .

Infrastructure: In college we have all the facilities such has Wi-Fi, computer labs, all classes are smart classrooms. Hostel was not worth according to the cost, the costs is 1.5 - 2.5 Lakhs yearly but doesn't give us good facilities, food of the mess has no quality. Also not much sports and games facilities .

Faculty: Not all the teachers but mostly all the teachers are helpful, qualified, and well knowledgeable. Teaching quality was good. They make students industry ready. The semesters are not much difficult. 40% was passing percentage for the students of MBA and BBA.

Other: I choose this course because from beginning I was interested in doing business. The best things about my course is that the course makes us an proper managerial level worker or businessman . Our course should also need to have some start up subject which can make us aware about start ups. There are lot of events such has we have parakram the biggest fest of our college which includes all cultural, sports, and talent based events. We have some scholarship exams for final year And there are many extra curricular activities .

Overall this is a good college.

Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest is 5 LPA, the lowest is 1.5 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Wipro, etc. About 40% in companies like Wipro, Amazon, Flipkart, genesis, etc. Human Resource Manager, Production Manager, Business Consultant, Marketing Manager, etc., are the job roles.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, there is Wi-Fi available, with well-built classrooms and library facilities. The hostel facility is also good, with a clean mess, the quality of food in the canteen is commendable, with the added medical facility and sports opportunities with various games available. Overall the provided facilities of the college are quite satisfactory.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and always ready to clear any doubt and provide help when necessary. Well qualified and knowledgeable teachers. The quality of teaching was also really good as the teachers knew their job and lessons to be covered. The course curriculum is relevant. It teaches students about the current emerging topics, like business, marketing, etc. which is quite helpful in today's world. The exams are not that difficult but you need to be at the top of your game if you want to compete with other students. The pass percentage is between 40-60%.

Other: I chose this course because I was always interested in learning about business and management. It helps one to grow and learn to be a great leader and personality. It would have been better if there was a more practical approach like giving students the experience to go out and see how things work in this industry. There are various events and activities held throughout. It allows students to interact and have a more social perspective in life. With added benefits of scholarship programs, it is really helpful for the students.

Really good infrastructure and faculty. Highly recommended for BBA and MBA.

Placements: The college offers guaranteed 100% placements. Top companies like ICICI Bank, Xpreesbees, Delivery, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank come in the campus to pick students. High packages are also offered. 100% students get internships in companies like TCS, IBM, HP. Various specializations are offered. The highest packages cross 20 lacs, the lowest around 4 lacs and average package is 6 lacs.

Infrastructure: World class facilities provided in hostel. Wi-Fi, games room, common area, various indoor games like table tennis, carrom, chess are available for the students. Library is enormous with books of every kind. Classrooms are air conditioned with smart boards.

Faculty: Highly qualified and knowledgeable teachers. Teaching quality is excellent. Teachers are very helpful. Curriculum is regularly updated and it is completely relevant. It makes the students industry ready. Pass percentage is 50% semester exams are not very difficult if you study regularly.
