Supportive teachers, big campus, and a memorable youth fest with many universities.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is above 75%. The highest package may be Rs 40,000, and the minimum is Rs 25,000. The top recruiting company for my course includes Outlook Magazine Company. Upto 65% is required for students to get internships from the course. The top role is writing and speaking with confidence.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course include a studio (EMMRC), cameras (of all types), projectors, stage, etc. The quality of facilities in our hostel is quite okay. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is also okay, though they usually make us leave on certain days.
Faculty: Teachers are too good, kind, and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. I experienced good teaching quality. This course curriculum is relevant, and also makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult in this college. Pass percentage depends on the course.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in journalism. Best thing about this course is that it provides relevant information and makes you more confident. The teaching pattern should improve events and fests. Campus crowd is very good. Connectivity and network are very poor as it is situated in the mountains.
