Doesn't let us down. It is good with extracurriculars as well.
Placements: The placement rate is 50-60%. The internship rate is 80-90%. The highest package is 8 LPA - 12 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. The lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiters are banks, IT firms, FMCG, and education companies. Top roles offered are MT, operations, marketing, and analyst roles.
Infrastructure: The department's infrastructure was good, and the library was well organized with a good collection of books. Hostel and food quality are top-notch and safe. Students get chances to participate in sports and games. Extracurricular activities are also engaging.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified but somewhat difficult to approach. The curriculum is relevant and offers other opportunities. The workload is manageable as it focuses more on practical skills. The pass percentage is quite good, and teaching quality is also excellent.
Other: I choose the course out of interest. There are multiple fests in a year and scholarships are also given to students.

A boom start to 2025 with a really great university indulging great faculty and environment.
Placements: Students pursuing professional courses only get placed as the placement ratio in my course is very low as it’s a course of arts. Students have to do Masters or go for government exams. The top recruiters are Infosys and TCS. In my course, very few students get placed in jobs of either translation experts or writing blogs for companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very great. Every department has a separate building and classes for the students and a good friendly environment. A very big library is also provided for students with a vast range of books to study with a reading room as a separate building. Hostel facilities are also great as there are 7 hostels for boys and 4 for girls with very big occupancy for the students. Mess food quality is average, and the university has 2 different cafes on the campus. There is a medical department for the students for general checkups and instant medical emergencies. The sports facilities are great.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and mastered in their subject. The teaching quality is great; however, it lacks when topics come to technical advancement. My course is very relevant according to me, and my total course strength is 550, so it is relevant for others as well. There are three exams: Mid 1 for 20 marks, Mid 2 for 20 marks, and end semester for 60 marks. Students have to get at least 40 marks in each subject. Many students pass, but around 10% fail to do so.
Other: I’ve chosen this course due to my own future aspirations. The best thing about the course is I’m doing what I want with the best teacher provided. I wish that the college gets some modern technological advancements with projectors in the classes and refurbishes the classrooms. Our college organizes the Gaur Utsav fest every year, which is very big and very good. An inter-university sports competition is also organized. The campus is filled with greenery, which is very good. No special scholarships are provided in the college, but overall a very good experience I have had till now in my college.

Satisfied, peaceful, and lovable.
Placements: Dr. Harisingh Gour University does not provide placements for non-professional courses, and the chances for professional courses are also low. But it provides a wide range of courses and subjects like psychology and criminology. They also offer diploma courses with a wide range of subjects.
Infrastructure: It has good infrastructure. The hostels have facilities like Wi-Fi and a mess, but no canteen or games are available. The hostel rooms are two-seater, while for postgraduate students, they provide single rooms. They also organize hostel day each year to provide a platform for enjoyment.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but some departments lack faculty, and the teaching quality is average. The curriculum is based on the New Education Policy, and exams are conducted semester-wise. Faculty provides notes and continuous lectures to help students learn.
Other: I am doing B.A. (2022-2025), and they provide various subjects to choose from, divided into departments. The university has good infrastructure and also provides diploma courses for students and others.

Absolutely satisfied with the teaching, but infrastructure should be enhanced.
Placements: The percent of students who were placed in my course is less than 10 percent because most of the students prefer opting for higher studies. Wipro is the company that hires students after they have some work experience under their professor. No specific internships are provided in our course; students can work on their professors projects under their supervision.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is commendable. The whole campus has the Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are well furnished with installed projector MS in them. The complete department is designed in such a way that a student does not face any kind of problem. The facilities provided in the hostel are acceptable as they are at a very low cost. The quality of food is acceptable. The college has a dispensary in case of some emergency. A good sports facility is there and many students play national-level games from the university.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and kind-hearted. Some teachers are egoistic also but most of the teachers are lenient to the students. They are highly educated and qualified. The quality of teaching is excellent. The course is very relevant if one has the plan to crack any competitive exam. It doesn't make students industry ready but students are doing well in their lives beyond industries. If one studies regularly, then the exams are really easy, but if one has to only pass exams, then studying a night before exams can pass the student. More than 97 percent is the pass percentage.
Other: I have chosen this course because my aim is to crack civil services. And graduation from a central university and gaining knowledge from highly qualified professors may help me to achieve my goal. Teachers must start giving application-based knowledge so that students can understand the subject better. Many scholarships are provided to the students under many different criteria. Events and fests take place not very often. Good place to study.

My college changed my life. Very good facilities, faculty, and infrastructure.
Placements: No students get placements after completing B.A. but most of the students opt for higher studies. There are no recruiting companies for this course, but students pursue good career options like UPSC. Very few students get some work in companies like Wipro, but most of the students prefer cracking competitive exams.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course are excellent. The department has a complete facility of Wi-Fi, and projectors are installed in the classrooms that make them study smart. The library of the university is one of the largest libraries in the country, having a very vast variety of books. The hostel facility is also available at a very low price, and the quality of food is acceptable. A specific canteen is there for every department. The sports and games facility is very good. A large number of students participate in university games and national games in different sports.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and have done a P.H.D. in their respective subjects. Some of the teachers are from IITs also. They are highly qualified with a very kind nature that makes the environment of the class very calm. The course curriculum is very relevant as students mostly prefer to prepare for competitive exams. The course doesn't make the student industry-ready. The semester exams in the college are not so difficult if one studies well, so he/she can easily score well. More than 95 percent is the pass percentage.
Other: I've to appear for UPSC Indian Civil Services, so this course will help me to develop my knowledge of these subjects as its syllabus is similar to UPSC. The best thing about the course is that the student graduating from this course can work with the respective professor and opt for some job, pursue higher studies, and can appear for most of the competitive exams.

My review of DHSGU Sagar.
Placements: There are no specific placements for the students pursuing B.A. but they are doing well after completing masters. WIPRO can maybe be one of the companies that often visit here for hiring students. Approximately 40% of students get internships because most of the students do not prefer interning.
Infrastructure: Dr. Harisingh Gour University has a total area of 2100 acres with an amazing infrastructure. It has one of the largest libraries in India. Wifi facilities are provided all over the departments and classrooms are well furnished. The hostel is not very expensive, with some very good facilities. The canteen is also good; mostly the necessary items are available in the canteen. There's a dispensary in the college, which is very helpful for the students.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and they are full of knowledge. Studying from these teachers has been so knowledge-adding to the students. Teachers are very helpful and kind. This curriculum is helping students to build there careers. If one is studying well, then the exams are not really tough.
