Good infrastructure, connectivity, and faculty, but issues with placement.
Placements: Very few companies came for placement. The average package was offered by them. The placements were not really great there. They could give us counselling on the same. And there were many companies in Bangalore itself; the college could have reached out to those companies and asked them to participate in placement interviews.
Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure were really good. Wi‑Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library were all well‑equipped. Regarding the hostel and mess food, I heard it was good since I was not a hosteller. You could find many canteens all over the college premises. There were plenty of gardens and playgrounds as well.
Faculty: The faculty was well qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful with everything, whether it was studies or any personal issues. The course curriculum was very much relevant and offered a basic foundation for biotechnology background. It did make a student ready for the industry. Exams were well done.
Other: I chose this course since I was very keen to learn in depth about biotechnology and related subjects. It has given me a basic foundation for my industrial experience. Also regarding college life, throughout the year events and fests went on. Everything was near the campus, from cafes to PG hostels, restaurants, and public transport like bus and metro.
