DSU SBAS provides good placements and a platform for research studies too ..

Placements: DSU SBAS provides good placements and a platform for research studies too .. There are many companies like Syngene, Microlabs and other life sciences labs hiring students with fair amount of package Also they provide career guidance sessions for proper placements with life skills development sessions too.. Faculties will guide us for placements in proper way

Infrastructure: Good laboratories with cleanliness Library is good Sports coordinator is supportive Canteen is average, hygiene is not maintained properly Washrooms are hygiene and campus is very neat and tidy College is surrounded with good security and college provides parking place for students

Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and helpful with respect to Academics and other co-curricular activities.. Also they help in guiding us to choose the right career after studies Grading system is based on CBCS system where the grading for each subject is given through Credit points for each paper

Other: DSU is meant for Fests especially related to both sports and cultural events .. Fashion show is the best to watch DSU SBAS is good for those who all are NET/SET/JRF exams aspirants as the syllabus of the entire M.Sc. course is based on life sciences

My review about this college.

Placements: Students from 3rd semester are eligible to give internships. I heard that companies like Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc., will arrive but everything depends on the skills that we have. Placements are quite remarkable in our university. They have a placement cell that trains the students about how to face an interview and how to prepare their own biodata. They also let us know about where the companies stand in their respective fields. 70-80% of students get placements. 6.75 to 7.75 CGPA by the end of semester, you have great opportunities, and a good number of companies show up for freshers.

Infrastructure: The subjects are really good and interesting. It covers a wide range of topics, with its theory and practical, all separately taught and examined. Hostel is pretty good. There are two different hostels for both boys and girls. All four hostels are on the campus. There are all the basic facilities available in the hostels. Each hostel has its own mess which provides food to the students, four times a day. It depends on the individual regarding the type of hostel they would prefer.

Faculty: Our college faculty members are very much knowledgeable and friendly in nature. They always help us to provide the best quality education, as they all are Ph.D. holders. All faculty members are research-oriented person through whom we learn many things other than book-based knowledge. Our laboratory faculty members are extremely knowledgeable. The course is completed in terms of semesters. Each year is divided into 2 semesters. They have two internal exams for each semester. The marks add up along with the marks scored in the semester-end exam.
