GLS University Ahmedabad Cutoff 2025: Check GUJCET Round Wise Ranks

Students who wish to get admission in postgraduate courses at GLS university must appear for CMAT entrance exam. However CAT is also accepted as an eligibility criteria for the postgraduate students but they are suggested to apply for the CMAT as well. GLS university of Ahmedabad also provides various integrated and research level courses at all the level of graduation. To apply for PhD level courses students must appear for the entrance exam conducted by university itself.

GLS University offers a 2-year (4 semesters) MBA programme for all eligible graduates aspiring for a career in the field of management. The eligibility criteria for admission to the MBA programme at GLS University is based on the candidate's CMAT score and GDPI round. The candidate must be a citizen of India and possess a recognised bachelor's degree of no less than three years in any field. The candidate should have scored an aggregate of at least 50% in the qualifying examination (45% in case the candidate lies in the reservation category). The GLS University has a total of 300 seats, out of which, 50% according to University guidelines, is given to the management quota. Admissions to GLS University are entirely based on the CMAT score of the applicant. The candidate must possess a recognised bachelor’s degree of no less than three years in any field. The candidate should, at least, have scored an aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination. The eligible candidates can apply to the GLS University on the official admission portal. 

The candidate needs to have valid documents required for admission and should pay the application fee. A unique application number will be given to the candidate which can help track their application status.

As per the admission guidelines of GLS University, only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility requirements can apply for the preferred BCom course. As per the official website of the university, any candidate who has passed Class 12 in the Commerce stream, with English and Accountancy as main subjects. Moreover, the candidates must have also studied any one of the following subjects:

• Business Administration
• Economics
• Statistics

After the shortlisting process, selected candidates must present original and self-attested photocopies of documents for verification purposes at the university. Such candidates are required to bring along the following documents:

• Class 10 and 12 marksheets
• Pass certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Income certificate (if applicable)
• Passport-size photograph

GLS University offers a number of courses including BSc, and admission to the university is merit-based for most courses. For a few courses, applicants need to qualify an entrance exam. For example, applicants to MBA and MCA must appear for the CMAT entrance exam to be eligible for admission to the course. Students are offered admissions based on the scores of GLS Research and Aptitude Test for Ph.D. programs.

It seems that GLS University does not offer direct admission based on JEE scores. However, admission to GLS University is possible through other means. GLS University offers admission in only online mode.
