Step 1: GEHU Application Process 2025
The mode of application is online. Candidates have to fill out the application form and pay an application fee of INR 1,500 for all courses.
Step 2: Selection
GEHU selects candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam for BBA, MCA, BCA and other courses. The university also accepts entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, JEE Main, etc. for admission to specific courses.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
Once selected, candidates are informed about their admission. Selected aspirants have to pay the GEHU fee to confirm their seats in the university.

The application form is available to students in person at the university or online. The application fee which is Rs. 1,200, must be paid by demand draft made payable to the university. You have to send the application to the university after filling it out.

No, You cannot join GEHU, Bhimtal Directly. Students who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are considered eligible to join B.Tech. course.
Candidates are admitted to the UG courses through GEJET (Graphic Era Joint Entrance Test) conducted by the University.
JEE Main and GEJET scores are used to determine admission to B.Tech programs.
Students can enroll in the M.Tech programme if they have completed their BE or B.Tech in any discipline. Candidates are chosen for admission to the M.Tech programme based on their GATE score, which must be valid.
To apply for a Ph.D., a candidate must have completed a post-graduate degree in a relevant field. NET, SLET, and GATE are the criteria for admission to the Ph.D. program. Written exams and interviews are then conducted.
Applicants may apply Offline or Online in both types.
In order to be eligible for admission to the BSc, B.Com, BCA, and BBA programs, candidates must have earned at least 50% marks in their 10+2 programme in any discipline.
