The placements are fair enough, and the departments put in many efforts for students.
Placements: To be admitted to the Master of Computer Application (MCA) course at Graphic Era Hill University applicants must meet the entry requirement of 50% in graduation. The highest package offered is 49 LPA, average is around 6-7 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The placement team is experienced with over 20 years of experience. Companies like Amazon, Google, PayPal, Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, TCS and Infosys visit the campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi, labs, fully air-conditioned classrooms, a library, a canteen, and good faculty. Good quality food is served in the canteen, and the hostel rooms are excellent. Our college provides many sports facilities like a football field, a cricket pitch, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and a badminton court.
Faculty: So, the overall experience is good. The faculty are well-qualified, and their method of teaching is good and easily understandable. The semester exams at Graphic Era Hill University are not very difficult. Mid-semester exams require a score of 18 out of 50, while end-semester exams require a minimum of 30% in theory and 40% in practical.
Other: Graphic Era Hill University offers a comprehensive curriculum over a large number of degree programs in engineering, law, management, computer applications, humanities, applied sciences, animation, fashion designing, and journalism and mass communication.

Not so good infrastructure but still if you're looking for a decent college with decent placement.
Placements: This year, only about half of the MCA students were placed, probably because of the recession. The highest salary was 9 LPA, and the lowest was around 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies included Tech Mahindra and Accenture, as well as other companies like Rightwave and Jman Group. The college didn't provide any internships, but they required us to complete an internship somehow. The roles offered were Associate Software Engineer, Software Trainee, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Graphic Era Hill University is more like a school than a university. It has just one stall and a vast building. The food is decent, according to my friends who lived on campus.
Faculty: The teachers at Graphic Era Hill University were good, cool, and friendly. Most of the teachers were helpful and were good enough to teach the course material. However, the course curriculum needs to be updated to keep up with industry demands, and students need to be taught soft skills to make them industry-ready, rather than just making them memorize material for exams. The semester exams were moderately difficult, and if you know the topics, you can easily pass by writing down the relevant information.

Some faculty were good but some are worse. Infrastructure was average.
Placements: Placement in graphic era for 2022-2024 batch was honestly not quite good; only 25 to 30 percent of student are placed .
But don't forget, recession is going on in this time period but generally 50 percent placement happens .
Top recruiters like Google , Amazon, Flipkart, and Zscaler are not coming right now.
They did not provide the internship; we have to search for it by ourselves.
Top roles offered are developer, data scientist, and networking.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was not so good because the strengths of the students are rising day by day and they are not able to develop the infrastructure.
It may be because the Graphic Era is in between the clement town society. So it's hard to acquire the land.
Faculty: Security at the college was OK.
But the strengths of the students are quite high , so they are not able to deliver the quality to the students.
The difficulty level of the college exam was above average. The passing rate was 70 percent; the rest of the students got backlogs.
Other: I chose this course because I thought it would boost my career in the tech sector but in my time period, a recession was going on .
The best thing about my course is that you will get tech exposure.
I wish to improve more on technical skills rather than performance.
Quite good and extracurricular activities happen from time to time . But don't forget, you need time. Save the time as much as possible because in the technology sector you always have to update yourselves.

Good College Option in Dehradun.
Placements: Around 80% of students get placed in campus placement drives.
The highest package reached 18 LPA, while the lowest package was 4.2 LPA, and the average package was around 5.6 LPA.
Top recruiters are TCS, Cognizant , Infosys, Flipkart , Amazon , Adobe , Accenture, Deloitte, etc.
60% of students got internship opportunities during the course.
Roles offered by the companies were Web Developer, Database Manager, Software Engineer, and Data Analyst.
Infrastructure: All kinds of facilities are available at the college hostel, like Wi-Fi, a library, and indoor sports.
All labs are well equipped with their equipment.
The hostel is very beautiful, like a paradise. The quality of food is also very good in the mess and canteen both.
The college has its own clinic on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified; most of them are PhD holders, and many are gold medalists.
The curriculum was very relevant to the industry. They make students ready for the industry.
The level of semester exams is moderate. Passing Percentage of students is around 95%.

Great faculty and up-to-date curriculum.
Placements: Well, with respect to placements, the members of the college placement team are really experienced; they have been in the placement field for more than 20 years now. A lot of companies visit our college during the placement season, and any student who is average or above average in academics does get placed. As I am from the IT field, I have seen our college students getting placed in Big Tech companies like Amazon, Google, and PayPal.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are the best in our college. They have hostels nearby, mess, canteen, and every necessary facility is available. Sports and games are also there; you have a ground where you can play all you want. Additionally, you have indoor sports too.
Faculty: The faculty here is very informative and experienced not only in their particular subjects but also in other fields as well. They are very supportive and are ready to help the students at any time. One of the best things I find in my college is that they really pay attention to the practical knowledge of the students, which is necessary for the industry.
Other: I am pursuing a Masters in Computer Applications. The practical knowledge the faculty gives us in this field is very helpful. Moreover, the curriculum changes with the current trends, which is one of the biggest advantages in this field.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements is this college ade average, they were good before covid but post the pandemic they are lagging a little behind. The highest package offered is 49 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, TCS, etc. Different courses have different roles offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure includes different labs for different courses, along with classrooms being smart classes where the teachers teach using projectors, etc. We have libraries in the campus along with an unlimited Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty: Faculty is really good and helpful. Their qualifications are top notch, and their knowledge is also top class. They have different course curriculums which makes the students industry ready. The semester exams in this college are pretty tough.
Other: If you are from Uttarakhand, and you score well, the fee can be reduced for you.
