Review of LPU - Lovely Professional University.
Placements: In my MCA last year batch, more than half of the students had places by various companies like Essential and Capgemini, so most of the students got placed.
The highest package an alumni got is 3 crore, the average is 15 LPA and the minimum package is 5 LPA. And as for recruiting companies, Google, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and many other HCL and TCS companies come for MCA recruiting. More than 50% of students already got internship on their second year from Google, TCS, etc. Top roles offered are front-end development, data science, and cybersecurity.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is absolutely stunning, with all buildings well-designed and creative. The classrooms have separate, comfortable seats with projectors, and all building blocks have Wi-Fi. The labs are equipped with high-functionality computers. The hostel buildings are good, and the dean of the college is well-behaved. Each room works properly, and the mess food quality is good. There are many canteens and a food court available, so students can move around easily and get food. The university also has its own hospital, providing medical facilities.
Faculty: Most teachers here are PhD-level, either as assistant professors or department heads. The teaching quality is good, and all teachers use real-life examples to help students understand topics easily. The curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the industry. Additionally, they provide pep classes for all students, which offer real examples of industry work.
Other: I pursued BCA and worked for 2 years at TCS, and now I am pursuing MCA to get higher LPA packages for my better future. As of now, everything is better here; there's nothing to improve about the course, as you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge. The university conducts many events, including car racing, bike racing, ramp walk modeling, art, singing, hackathons, and many more. For extracurricular activities, you can also join any student club you want.

MCA from LPU at a glance.
Placements: Here is information about the Master of Computer Applications program at Lovely Professional University in 2021. The number of students who get placed successfully every year is 99%. The highest, lowest, and average packages of our course offered are INR 30 lacs, INR 3 lacs, and INR 9 lacs per annum, respectively. The top companies that come every year for recruiting are Meta, Zomato, and Swiggy. The roles offered are web developer, data scientist, and system analyst.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course have high-speed internet access available everywhere throughout the campus. Placements: More than 80% of students get placed in MCA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, the highest salary package is 18 LPA, and the average salary package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, and many more. Top roles offered are software engineer, intern, and associate in companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in the hostel are good. The infrastructure of our college is very good and beautiful. Our campus consists of many canteens and food courts. Every block has at least 4 canteens and a tuck shop on every floor for snacks like chocolate, etc.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are supportive. They provide 1 on 1 mentor to help students and organises many quiz competitions in coding challenge for students. Semester exams are not tough. The pass percentage is 40%. Students can easily score a minimum of 20% in their CAs and the mid-term.
Other: Our college gives value for money. It provides 50% of the scholarship on the fee if students get good scores in the LPU NEST entrance exam. Campus crowd is very high. There are 1200 students in MCA.

Faculty: Faculty members are neither good nor experienced. Our department has few faculty members. Semester exams are well-managed. Our college should focus more on practical knowledge. We have CA exams, mid-terms, and final semester exams. There are 10 core subjects and 3 placement subjects.

Mixed feelings for the College.
Placements: LPU has a placement of 99%. The highest package offered was 32 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA and the average package for MCA is 8-9 LPA. The major companies that come to LPU are the top MNCs and mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini and other companies like Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
Infrastructure: In hostels, there is no option for non-veg food. For Wi-Fi, they provide jio net and you get 1 GB of data per mobile number and you can get more data using other numbers. Internet connectivity depends on where you are on campus and which operator you are using. It is good in some places and bad in others. There is also JIO 5G on campus.
Faculty: Semester exams are not difficult in the university. There are a lot of classes so you will get very less time for self-study. As I am writing this answer I am having 6-8 classes of 1 hr every day. The timings are 9 AM - 5 PM. The courses which are taught are not updated for a long time. So they will teach you a lot of outdated concepts inside the course.
