Faculty: Faculty is very good. They are knowledgeable and teach us simply. Concepts are explained properly. The curriculum is relevant for future skills. The semester exams are not that difficult if you prepare seriously.

The pass percentage is most probably 95-100%. From the college perspective, all students who show a little effort can crack theory and practical exams. The college has all the best equipment and materials for practicals. If a student uses them well, they are definitely industry-ready for all roles.

They didn't worry about skills, but there were different faculty members, so it was okay. Some subjects made the course curriculum relevant, like PPS, but some did not, like BME. I was a first-year student. Exams were in 2–3 months.

Faculty: Shanti Business School was a solid college if you wanted personal attention from teachers because the class sizes were not too big. Professors knew every student by name. We also got to attend simple guest lectures by business professionals. Teachers did not just read from textbooks. They made us do practical projects, presentations, and team activities. We could easily talk to any professor if we had doubts. Teachers always encouraged us and helped build our confidence.

Students are also allotted a mentor whom they can approach if they face any problem. I really appreciate the curriculum of the college. It is based on the current needs of the industry. I like that the course is not only based on theory but also includes practical learning and exposure. We have to give CEs and presentations, which force us to learn and grow.
