The cutoff marks are varying according to categories. However the last year closing cutoff in asked course for IP College New Delhi (University of Delhi) for general category was 95.5%. Hence you have a chance here.

GGSIPU does not conduct any CET for admission in B.Tech courses. GGSIPU uses JEE Main scores for admission in various B.Tech courses. So appear in JEE Main exam for getting admission here.
