Yes, many colleges are affiliated with HNGU. Hemchandracharya University (HNGU) is accredited with A Grade by NAAC and through 19 departments and several affiliated colleges, offers UG, PG, diploma, and certificate courses to students across Arts, Science, Commerce, Architecture, and Management streams.

Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University admissions commences with an online application process. After submitting the HNGU application form online, candidates will be shortlisted. For final admission, shortlisted candidates must pay the fees as suggested by the University, with the respect to the course of choice and confirm the seat. 

The mode of CAT, course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exam scores and merit. The accepted entrance exams are CAT,  CMAT, and others. The next CMAT exam will be held in January 2026. The NTA will start registration for the same in November 2025. Those interested in appearing for the exam are required to register for it at CMAT-NTA website and fill the online application form. Apart from 1300 B-schools, the CMAT score is also valid for admission through MAH CET CAP. The Maharashtra State CET Cell conducts MBA/MMS admissions for 300 colleges in the state. It is followed by a common counselling process called CAP. CMAT test takers can also participate in MAH MBA CET CAP and secure a seat in MBA/MMS course offered by over 300 colleges in Maharashtra.

The placement activities are individually organised by all the departments of HNGU. According to the NIRF report 2023, during HNGU placements 2022, the median package offered to UG (5-year) and PG (2-year) students was INR 1.90 LPA and INR 1.60 LPA, respectively.
