Gujarat Forensic Sciences University (GFSU) requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks, or 50% for reserved categories, in order to admit students to its MBA program. A bachelor's degree in B.E., B.Tech (CSE), B.Sc. in Forensic Science, BCA, or any graduate with computer science or information technology with a minimum of 55% marks is required for admission to the MBA programme in Cyber Security Management. 

In most of the programs of Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, admission is done on the basis an internal entrance exam. GFSU IFS 2024 Entrance Test is organized during the first week of August month. Applicants who have achieved eligibility standards can be admitted to any available programs.

Under this course, the university offers only one specialisation, i.e., Criminology and Forensic Science. The duration of this course is three years. Apart from this, the university also offers a five-year Integrated BSc + MSc in Forensic Science. Admission to both courses is done based on NFAT scores.
