Q:   What is the seat intake for B.Pharm at IKGPTU?
A:

There are over 2000 seats for the BPharm course at the IK Gujral Punjab Technical University. The seat allotment procedure at the university is based on merit in the qualifying examination. Also, the seat count varies from one college to another. The CT Group of Institutions has the highest number of seat intake, i.e., 210. It must also be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Q:   Which are the PGs and hostels available close to I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU)?
A:

There is only PG which is available nearer to this university in which the college staffs stays, it is not for girls, generally most of students stay in the college hostel because it has very less hostel fee. Also in kapurthala which is nearly 4-5kms from the university, there are two-three PGs available which is better to stay. But no one from our college lives there, if some one don't want to stay in hostel either they are local or they take a flat/apartment.

Why choose SVIET over other private Colleges in Jalandhar?

Faculty: We might experience compromises in faculty members and academics, since internal marks are in their hands. We need to behave well with all faculty members. They are very strict, old and experienced in teaching. Academic curriculum like organizational behaviour, economics, and business management are not useful, but core subjects are included, which are must-needed for our placements like DBMS, CAN, OS, Computer architecture, DSA, OOPs, etc.

Drastic 4 Year Experience At Sri Sukhmani Institute of Engineering & Technology (Wasted).

Faculty: I would say teachers are not so knowledgeable; sometimes they get confused themselves, and the teaching quality is very bad, so we have to depend on YouTube. The Training & Placement (T&P) cell assists students in mock interviews, GD projects, and also arranges workshops and industrial visits twice in an academic year. Semester exams are quite easy to secure average grades. Subjects like Analog Electronics, Electrical Circuit Analysis, and Electrical Machines are core teachings provided by facul...

The beauty of Chandigarh Engineering College.

Faculty: The facilities and infrastructure of the mechanical department are better than I expected and better than those of the other private colleges. The Wi-FI speed has increased recently. The classrooms are A/C connected. The CAD Labs are very neat, as are the other labs. The library has many good books and research papers. The quality of hostel food is not so bad. I do not know much about it, but my hostel friends are satisfied with it. Medical facilities are provided, and the grounds are big.

Best college for low-budget students.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified but the quality of teaching they provide is average. The course curriculum and objectives designed by the PTU University do not develop extra technical or industry-ready skills for students. Semester exams are moderate not too difficult hence the passing percentage is 75 percent.

Descriptive Review of the BBA Course at CMD Institute of Management and Technology.

Faculty: There are 6 semester exams, and exams are easy if you have creativity (iykyk). Mostly, semester exams are focused on notes. Subjects such as Business Law, Cost Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Business Economics are taught in academic regulation. I think there is something you have to explore; be practical and logical with the problem, and try to handle every situation when you enter the business as an intern or fresher. Get experience and increase your value. Besides that, faculty members dire...

It is an average college with good placements. The syllabus is very outdated.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They have years of knowledge, but their teaching style is not like what the current generation wants. The course curriculum is outdated, and it's not engaging with the new syllabus. According to today, AI is booming, but the syllabus is outdated. Semester exams are easy to crack, but the syllabus is heavily loaded, so the pressure of all subjects leads to low scores.

My college provides a decent academic environment with satisfactory infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are very supportive and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. Most teachers are well-qualified and explain concepts clearly and with neat ideas. However, the teaching quality varies from subject to subject and from teacher to teacher.

Good infrastructure, Good teachers.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and supportive, but the curriculum feels stuck in the past. It doesn't quite make you industry-ready. Semester exams are tough with a moderate pass rate. Good for theory, but needs more hands-on practical work I found my subject syllabus profounding.
