Here's a summary of the key points:Pros:* Excellent faculty with high qualifications and experience* Relevant course curriculum prepares students for industry requirements* Good infrastructure, including well-maintained labs, libraries, and hostels* Strong emphasis on practical learning* Opportunities for internships and project-based learning* High placement rate, especially for those scoring above 7.5 CGPA* Direct absorption into ISRO for students meeting the 7.5 CGPA criterionCons:* Limited placement opportunities beyond ISRO for those not meeting the 7.5 CGPA criterion* Limited extracurricular activities and cultural events* Food options are limited, and the campus is far from city centers* Limited job prospects for those not pursuing careers in aerospace or ISROOverall Assessment:While IIST Trivandrum excels in terms of faculty, infrastructure, and course relevance, it falls short in terms of placement opportunities beyond ISRO for students who don't meet the 7.5 CGPA criterion. Therefore, it's essential for prospective students to carefully consider their career goals and assess whether the institute meets their expectations.
