For the postgraduate courses, students must have compiled it degree with 50 % marks and the theory is eligible for the CUET PG exam PG course admission is done based on the CUET PG

No, you won't get direct admission in IGNTU for UG and PG courses, you have to give respective CUET entrance and for Phd you must have qualified UGC or CSIR NET.

But you have scored good marks in the Cuet entrance exam to grab a seat in this university.
