Good for mere study not for serious studying students.
Placements: IGNTU does't had any placement but it had mere placement cell. University had not provided any placement to any department till now. Before 2 or 3 years ago commerce department students got placed by the consultancy service. Only MBA Hotel management students got placed in the year 2016-17. No internships are here.
Infrastructure: First for any college student will see study, staying, food. First study here you will find study is not an serious thing to some students. They will come to college for only getting degree. Professors are well qualified persons but they are becoming rust due to silence of students in class room. Classrooms are good. Second thing Hostel: Hostel is a nice place for both boys and girls capable of 3 persons per room for Ph.D. students 1 or 2 persons per room. Bathrooms are not tidy. Excellent environment for staying and studying. Third thing Food: Sammaka Sarakka mess is capable to serve food only quantitative not qualitative food. Greedy contractor will make money by providing poor food wardens will come and check mess food twice a month but they will as usual keeping hands in back. Last Transportation is not good because of remote area. Wi-Fi service is available10 GB Per month at good speed. Library will open upto 10 pm only for boys for girls it is requested option to the chief warden. Medical facility having one ambulance two doctors but no use if anything happens emergency they simply say go to Anuppur. Sports and games are slow going process they only appear when tournaments for expending the government money.
Faculty: Faculty are good and well qualified. Some teachers are from IIT BHU, HCU. But teaching quality is not exepxtable and not good. Teachers are using old methods and old syllabus they depends only on theory not on practical knowledge. University allowing 30 students to graduation so 30:1. Industry exposure is not mandatory but on the compulsion of students and administration faculty will take them to industry. Syllabus for example till now the companies act 1953 is studying not the 2013 act.
Other: University is organising every Saturday cultural event. Every year University day is celebrating on April 19th. During year every week University organising seminars to different department students. Excellent environment for studying. Scholarship is providing by Government not by the University for UG and PG students.

Dissatisfied because no placements are there for B.Com students.
Placements: Just a few companies visited the campus for the placements. I don't know about the average package because I never saw such information on our university site. Internships were there but our batch did not get any internships at all. For the students who got placed, their CTC was too much less.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the class was good. But the hostel did not have good infrastructure. Food was tasteless and sometimes in the mess we came to know that price had insects in it. If anyone's room fan was not working then they took too much time to repair it, and the same goes for the tubelights.
Faculty: We had very good teachers. Some were professors and some were Ph.D. scholars. But if you ask me I would say Ph.D. scholars taught us better as compared to professors. But overall they all were helpful. Semester exams were conducted fairly. The pass percentage was like 27/32 students (approximately).
Other: I was from a commerce background that's why I chose this course. We had several fests like cultural fests, etc. Scholarship program was there for reserved categories.
