This college is absolutely a good choice! Infrastructure: College offers better facilities for students like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms are maintained according to the technology and makes smart classes. They provide best quality of food in canteen at reasonable price which is easily affordable by any student in campus. Faculty: Teachers in my campus play a major role because they have proper technique to teach a student and makes them zero to hero. They have proper well maintained skills for teaching high level studies in campus. Semester are difficult and passing percentage is 36%. .

People's Opinion on JNVU:

Placement: Universities placement packages are also good. 20-50 LPA packages are offered. Banks are top recruiters for example Infosys. The companies which come offers managerial and upper level roles too.
Infrastructure: Hostels and campus both have wifi facilities and the hostel food is also good. There are all sorts of infrastructure available like, sports facilities, library, well maintained labs and classrooms. The hostel and campus building however are old and not regularly maintained.
Faculty: Since it is a government college, the faculty members are highly qualified professionals who came in through government vacancies and government tests and so are highly qualified. They are all well experienced and so are great help for students in their learning journey.
Miscellaneous: Students says the life in JNVU is not hard as compared to other academically inclined colleges. Also since MBA is a very expensive course, the college (although does not have direct scholarships), but allows government scholarships and fee aids. Has a good culture of competitive programming (nothing to do with MBA, but still was worth mentioning). Sports is not all that good in the university for someone wants to follow or join sports team.

JNVU is a Good college for students in the career because they get ready for their whole life. Placements: The highest package of my course is 2 LPA - 4 PLA depends on the students capabilities. The lowest package is 20,000 per month and the average package is 40,000 per month. Top recruiting companies were Reliance, Tata consultancy services, Infosys, and many more came here for and they also give good packages to the students and help students to grow and many students also go for offline companies and they got selected in many big companies .

The reason why you should choose.

Placements: There is absolutely no use for this degree. It provides 0% value, no campus placements, no internships, and no future opportunities.

Infrastructure: The campus is not maintained. The quality of the campus is very poor.

Faculty: Teachers do not come regularly, but some teachers have very good behavior. I do not feel this course is necessary. The exams are very difficult.

Other: I chose this course because I just want a degree. It does not matter what it is. Everything in this course needs improvement. The campus does not organize any fests or events. There are almost no facilities provided by the campus and college. According to my personal experience, it is one of the worst colleges. I would not recommend it to anyone.

MBM is quite a nice college.

Placements: Our college has high placement rates. Most of the students are usually placed. Our college is known for its placement in the mining branch. We have a 15 LPA-16 LPA average package from the mining branch.

Infrastructure: Our labs have very good. Wi-Fi is available. Almost every computer is working nicely. Hostel accommodation is also provided by our college which is 1km from our college. The facilities are quite good but the food quality is average. We have a badminton court in the girls hostel and a basketball and volleyball court in the boys' hostel. Our college has very well-maintained labs.

Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The course curriculum is also very relevant. Regular exams are conducted with a medium difficulty level. Our college professors have written their own books too. The faculty members are quite intellectual. The faculty is quite intelligent.

Other: It is one of the known engineering colleges of Rajasthan. The best thing about my college is its alumni network and placements. The events are not so good but they are okay. Our college is also known for its sports participation in various NITs and IITs.

Good college experience. Various activities and events are organised for skills improvement.

Placements: Placement opportunities are average but students can get a job with skills and hard work. Teachers also help students during placement preparations.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are decent. The hostel facilities are average, and the classrooms are clean, library has useful books, and the campus environment is also good for students. Basic facilities are properly available, the best RO water facility, and the hostel warden is very good. Good classrooms, clean labs, and proper facilities are available in the college.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive and exams are manageable for students. Faculty members help students with their studies and doubts. The curriculum is useful and exams are very difficult if students study regularly. A test series helps students improve skills. Teachers are very friendly.

Other: College provide good learning opportunities, and basic facilities where students can improve skills through activities and events.

I recommend students to join here if they want a good government college.

Placements: Placement ratio is overall good for the college. If I talk about my department placement ratio, then the ratio or percentage is more than 80%, so that's good for students. The highest package offered this year is 15 LPA, which is offered by the Cvent company. Many companies like Miniorange, Tech Mahindra, Havells, etc., hire students.

Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is okay. There are many new labs in my department. Processors of CPU are very good, like 4050 GPU of 12 GB and 32 GB ram, which is a very advanced system. There are also 5G labs in my department. Wi-Fi is okay, but the hostel's infrastructure is old and not good for use. Water leaks from the roof of the bathroom. Food quality is overall bad. At the start, the cook was good, but then made it the worst. The canteen is good.

Faculty: Faculty members in my department are new. Mostly, there are guest faculty members. Teaching quality is okay. Some teachers are good and attend classes, but some don't. The course curriculum is good. It is future-focused as it focuses on placement. It is also good for GATE. More than 95% of the GATE syllabus is covered by the college syllabus. Semester exams are held mostly in December and in May, but results are declared very late. The December exam results come after 15 May.

Good only for placement in mining which is also going worse in the upcoming year.

Placements: Vedanta has placed 7 students this year and 5 students have been placed in Gujarat PSU companies. Apart from this 5 more students have recently secured placements with packages above 5 LPA. The placement states are good but becoming worse than in the past.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi and no good machinery in lab but the facilities I think should be improved as per the ranking of the mining department and the hostel is not so good. Only few rooms in the department have no proper facilities and they follow the old curriculum.

Faculty: Only few teachers remain this year but they are all good-natured and helpful. You can pass the semester easily in one night. Just behave properly in class and do not fight with the professor and the mining department helps to visit the mine.

Other: Many scholarships are available but not so good events are held.

It is an average college, but it is value for money.

Placements: The overall placements are average. The average package offered across all branches is 6 LPA. Around 50 -60 percent of students get placements. In the mining branch, the highest package offered was 16 LPA in 2024, which has been reduced to 6.75 LPA in 2025, but it is higher than the tech branches of the college. The placement percentage is the highest in the civil engineering course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is miserable for 1st year students as the classes are conducted in a lecture theatre hall, which doesn't even have fans. The condition of departments is better. On the south campus of the college, all departments, including mechanical, electrical, and electronics, have very old equipment and machinery, which doesn't match today's work standards. Hostel infrastructure lacks maintenance. The mess food is not good. Sports facilities have the same condition as grounds are not maintained at all.

Faculty: Many faculty members are old and experienced. At the same time, the college curriculum lacks modern requirements. Especially in the 1st year, we don't learn about our own branch, we still study a lot of subjects which are not relevant at all. 2 mid term exams are conducted, but the result system lacks a lot. It is very slow as results of the 1st semester are still not released till the end of the second semester.
