Kota University admission for 2025 is open. All the latest updates are as follows:

For UG and PG courses, the merit and admission list has been released course-wise.
The MAT 2026 Feb session registration is open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Feb 23, 2026, and the test is scheduled for Mar 1, 2026. Further, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Mar 2, 2026, and the test will be held on Mar 8, 2026.
The CMAT 2026 exam date for admission to MBA/PGDM/MMS courses is Jan 25, 2026, and the result can be expected in Feb 2026.
The CAT 2025 result is out for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. Candidates need to log in to check and download their scorecards on the official CAT portal.
The NIMCET 2026 application form is anticipated to be available in April 2026 for admission to the MCA course.
The ATMA 2026 Feb session registration is open until Feb 10, 2026, for admission to MBA/PGDM/MMS courses, and the exam will be held on Feb 22, 2026.

Q: How many times is MAT conducted in a year?

MAT is conducted multiple times a year. Most of the MBA entrance exams in India are conducted annually. MAT is the only exam that is conducted multiple times in four phases and multiple exam modes. To make it possible for every MBA aspirant to appear for an entrance exam, AIMA designed MAT, which can be taken by candidates from an exam center as well as at home. The exam is held in February, May, September, and December, which allows candidates to prepare and plan for it as well as for MBA admission. In each of these four months, the MAT is conducted in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes. Candidates can choose a date and a mode of exam based on their preparation and convenience. Registrations for each MAT exam phase start a month earlier. Candidates can also take re-tests in the same academic session if they are not happy with their scores.

Placements: In our course, 60 percent is the minimum for college admission. In our college, the highest package is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Google and Amazon. 60 percent of students are required to get an internship in our course. The top roles offered are data analyst and web developer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice in our college. Also, the college facilities include Wi-Fi, labs are very advanced, and classroom facilities are very good. The library has an arranged order system of books, and the canteen is very neat and clean. Our hostel is in a very pleasant area, and the facilities are really good.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They help students who are bad at studying. Their teaching method is really easy to learn, really relevant, and this makes students industry-ready. If you study well, you have no problem with the semester exam.

Other: In this course, you can get an internship in your early years. I think this course would have more practical activities. There are more events, such as Dandiya, Holi, Diwali, Children's Day, etc.

It has good infrastructure and helpful faculty, but zero placement focus for B.Sc. students.

Placements: For the B.Sc. course in our college, placement drives are practically non-existent (placement drives are not available). Our batch primarily focuses on preparing for higher studies like M.Sc. or competitive government exams like UPSC State PSC, and CSIR NET. Therefore, the percentage of students placed is 0. There are no reports of the highest, the lowest, or the average packages as core companies do not visit the campus. Students arrange their own internships (if any) in local research labs or coaching institutes, mainly for practical experience, not for stipend or PPOs. Top roles offered are self-sought in the academic or research field after graduation.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our B.Sc. course is very good. We have well-equipped labs with most of the necessary equipment for our advanced 3rd-year practical and final projects. Classrooms have working projectors for smart teaching. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, which helps access research papers. The library is good with a large collection of science books. We have basic medical facilities and good grounds for sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are generally very helpful and knowledgeable. They focus a lot on clearing the scientific concepts and practical doubts. The course curriculum is relevant for building a strong base for M.Sc. and PhD programs. It does not focus on making students industry-ready, which is normal in the B.Sc. course. Semester exams are not very difficult. If we attend all classes and practicals, then we need to focus on theory and lab work. The pass percentage is quite high, and it is usually around 85-90% percent.

This college is good and teacher are nice.

Placements: In our course, 60% is the minimum for college admission. Anar College has the highest package of 4.5 lakhs, and the lowest package is 1.5 lakhs. Top recruiting companies like Google and Amazon require at least 60% to get an internship in our course. Top roles include data analyst and web developer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice in our college. The college facilities include Wi-Fi and advanced labs. The classroom facilities are very good, and the library has an arranged order system of books. The canteen is very neat and clean, and the hostel is in a good area with really good facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They help students who are struggling with their studies. Their teaching method is really easy to learn and relevant. This makes students industry-ready. If you study well, you have no problem with the semester exam.

Other: In this course, you can get internships in earlier years. I think this course has more practical activities. There are more events in our college, like Dandiya, Holi, Diwali, Children's Day, etc.
