The college is very strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.A. (Hons.) in Chinese at JNU. Candidates must have a minimum of 45% marks in their Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognised Board/University. Additionally, they must appear for the CUET (UG) 2025 and opt for English Test (Paper Code 101) and General Aptitude Test (Paper Code 501) to be considered for admission. The admission process is based on merit, and the university gives deprivation points to eligible candidates. The college also has a strict policy regarding hostel accommodation, with priority given to students who are not from Delhi and have passed their qualifying examinations from outside Delhi.
