With Chemistry, Biology, General Test, and English in your CUET, you are eligible for various courses that belong to the Science and interdisciplinary arena at DU and JNU. You may seek admission into B.Sc. programs like life sciences, biotechnology and environmental Science at DU. Some colleges may also offer a B.Sc. in chemistry or biology courses depending on CUET scores and any other criteria. JNU also offers integrated B.Sc.-M.Sc. programs with other subjects like biology in Ayurveda. Admission is always based on the criteria created by individual colleges or departments and their criteria, cutoffs, and available seats. It's always good to check what's required for each course of study before applying since some programs may require you to have studied an additional subject (other than those related to Biology), may have certain scores included and the eligibility requirements are determined based on the overall score, cutoffs, and availability of seats.

The expected CUET JNU Cut-off 2025, along with the previous year's trends, can help students understand the upcoming cutoffs for BA (Hons) courses across multiple specialisations. During the JNU BA (Hons) cutoff 2024, the last round cutoff scores ranged between 57.44 and 68.67 for students belonging to the General AI quota. In 2023, the final round cutoffs were between 73.4 and 85.12 for students in the same category. Comparing last year's cutoff data with 2023, the cutoff scores for BA (Hons) courses have become less competitive for admission. For DU and JNU, the expected cutoff for MA Sanskrit is generally between 80-100 for the General category. Nevertheless, cutoffs are subject to variations depending on parameters such as applicant numbers and number of seats. Being a former DU student would not necessarily make a difference. Your score is good, you can easily get admission in both of the colleges.

No, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) generally does not allow lateral entry into the 2nd year of its B.A. (Hons) programs. Admission is on the basis of JNU Entrance Exam (now CUET-UG) at the first year only, which has a structured three-year curriculum. For undergraduate courses at JNU, lateral entry is rare.In as much as that, the system is inclined towards continuous progression. There may be exceptions for particular cases (such as transfer students) but there was no general late lateral entry policy upto now so, you would have to start from the first year after qualifying via CUET-UG and meeting eligibility (10+2 with 50%+ marks).
