JIIT-62 is one of the most sought-after engineering colleges in India, and admission to its CSE or ECE branch is highly competitive. The admission criteria for JIIT-62 depends on several factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the previous year's cutoff.
However, based on the previous year's cutoff and trends, to get admission to the CSE or ECE branch of JIIT-62, you may need to score at least 160-180 marks or above in JEE-Main or secure a rank below 10,000 in UPSEE.
It is important to note that cutoffs may vary from year to year, and the final cutoff may also depend on factors such as the difficulty level of the exam and the number of students applying for admission. Therefore, it is recommended to aim for a higher score or rank to increase your chances of getting admission to JIIT-62.

Hello Shaswat Gupta, it's actually a famous Shakespearen dilemma. Both these institutions are quite well known. Both have good reports of placements. I feel that you should go to where your friends are going. In any case, by now you would have taken admission and your classes also would have begun. Can I request you to mention in comments as to where you finally took admission? Best wishes to you.

Hello,
I think you can't get admission in JIIT, but if you go for direct admission in ABES, you may get there by communicating with them. You need to go offline for that and try.
All the very best!

Let me inform you about CU placements. CU is better. Students at University Institute of Engineering (UIE) who study computer Science engineering made history when Top Multi-National offered the highest package for the engineering branchRs. 52.11 lacs. More than 2030 CSE/IT Engineering students were recruited by IT behemoths like Microsoft, IBM, SAP Labs, and Hewlett Packard during visits to CU. Microsoft, the largest IT company in the world, has chosen students majoring in computer Science and IT engineering over the past three years in a row. The number of picks has climbed by three times and reached 15. The top three IT companies in India are Wipro (394), Capgemini (217), and Mindtree (101), while the global IT behemoth IBM also made a record-breaking 196 engineering student choices, the most of any campus in North India. During campus placements for the 20212022 academic year, a number of well-known companies recruited engineering students from Chandigarh University, including Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, and Flipkart. Over 240 multinational businesses participated in the campus placements, which resulted in a record number of 3750 engineering students being chosen.
