At the doctoral level, KR Mangalam University offers a PhD programme in Engineering, Management, Commerce, Basic Sciences, Journalism and Mass Communication, Education, Law, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Humanities. The university offers this programme under three categories: full-time, part-time, and sponsored. The minimum time for completion of the course is three years from the date of admission, and the maximum time is six years. K R Mangalam University offers a University Research Fellowship to full-time PhD research scholars.
