At the doctoral level, KR Mangalam University offers a PhD programme in Engineering, Management, Commerce, Basic Sciences, Journalism and Mass Communication, Education, Law, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Humanities. The merit-based scholarships for BSc at KR Mangalam University are based on candidates' Class 12 examination marks.
