The institute has embraced the digital era wherein the student can simply renew the books by logging into Roll No or Employee ID and logging into their mobile. The membership system at the library is easy and efficient. Students and staff are supposed to to fill out the online form only once after which the membership ID is sent via SMS. Hence, access to a wealth of academic resources is quick and hassle-free. To prioritise convenience and time-saving, the university’s library facilitates an online request system for book issuance. Also, students can renew the books easily as the renewal system is very flexible. This system accommodates the varying pace and depth of study and research undertaken by users. The books are issued for 21 days beyond which the student has to submit a Renewal Request Online. The digital library section is equipped with the latest computer terminals and online journals. KR Mangalam University Sports Facilities

KR Mangalam is not only focused on academic excellence but also on physical fitness and sportsmanship. The campus has numerous playgrounds and interior courts. The success of the sports facilities is evident from the fact that students on the campus have excelled in National, State and Inter-University sports events. The annual event known as 'ZEST' is an open university sports event, where 800 participants and 20 different universities and colleges participate. The institute is not only engaged in intercollegiate sports events but also has its internal competition known as 'SPORTULA'. The event is exclusive to KRMU students where more than 1000 students participate in the sports event. Here, students can showcase their sportsmanship in Cricket, Football, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, Chess etc. The event helps in one of the university's testament to excel aesthetically.
