Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences considers NEET-UG score for admission to MBBS, BAMS and BDS courses. Candidates can get admission in all other programmes without NEET-UG score. In 2024, the NEET closing rank for MBBS course was 3565 for All India category. Selected candidates are further required to participate in Telangana NEET Counselling for admission in the MBBS course.

KNRUHS BSc is a 3 years to 5.5 years, UG level course, offered in full-time/offline and distance mode. Admission to BSc is offered on the basis of merit and valid entrance scores. Furthermore, the University offers BSc on the basis of Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
