No, admission to BSc course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc course. The university provides provisional admission online. However, only after the verification of document and payment of course fee, admission is confirmed. Any aspirant found with false documents will not be given admission.

Yes, the university offers a four-year BSc (Hons) Agriculture course. The selection to BSc (Hons) is based on Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) conducted by the university and Class 12 score. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or PCB or PCMB or Agriculture with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc (Hons) course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent under vocational stream and studied Biology and Agricultural Practices as Vocational Subjects including theory and practical with 50% aggregate can also apply. Candidates need to pay a total fee of INR 11.24 Lacs as per an unofficial source after the completion of selection rounds.
