College is good, you can enjoy college life and study at the same time.
Placements: Overall placement rate for undergraduate students is 85%. The average salary for B.Pharma graduates is 2.23 LPA. Top recruiting companies in Kerala include Sun Pharma, Ramco, and others. About 85% of students get an internship from the course and the college. After finishing the course, graduates can become a drug inspector, among other roles.
Infrastructure: Hostel at Al Shifa College of Pharmacy is very good. They provide good quality food with different meals every day. The rooms are good, very clean, and neat, with a lot of space. There are also good bathrooms and washrooms. The hostel has a medical room for its own use.
Faculty: Course is somewhat difficult to study. Semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4 are okay, but semesters 5, 6, and 7 are very hard to study. The teachers in the college are good; they are all well-qualified, good at teaching, and very helpful to the students. The course is valuable.
Other: I chose this course because it has a high value in the outside world, and I like studying B.Pharma.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2025
Offered by Lisie College of Pharmacy

    2Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
Good infrastructure, supportive faculty members, but limited placements and campus activities.
Placements: At Lisie College of Pharmacy, B. Pharma placements are currently below average, with only about 10-15% of students placed through campus recruitment. Most students pursue higher studies or apply independently to hospitals, pharma companies, or the retail sector. On-campus placements are limited, but students have worked or interned in companies like Medlife, Master Medcity, Lisie Hospital, local pharmacies, wholesale distributors, clinical research organizations, and medical coding companies. Around 60-70% complete unpaid academic internships. Common roles include retail pharmacist, hospital pharmacist, medical coding analyst, clinical data entry operator, and pharma sales representative. Advanced roles require further studies or certification.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and academic facilities at Lisie College of Pharmacy are well-developed and student-friendly. College has modern, well-equipped labs for core subjects like pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy, and pharmaceutical chemistry. Classrooms are spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, with projectors and digital boards. Wi-Fi is available in the library and labs for academic use. Library is well-stocked with textbooks, journals, e-resources, and digital databases. Campus is neat with clean restrooms and drinking water. There is no canteen or mess, and hostel is not available. Medical care is easily accessible via Lisie Hospital. Basic sports and games facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers at Lisie College of Pharmacy are friendly, approachable, and supportive. Most are highly qualified, with several pursuing or having completed their Ph.D. They update their knowledge through seminars and training, which enhances teaching quality focused on concept clarity, practical application, and exam preparation. B.Pharma curriculum is relevant, follows PCI guidelines, and has been revised to include subjects like pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and regulatory affairs. While it provides a strong foundation, additional certification or higher studies may be needed for specialized roles. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with changing patterns and digital evaluation. The pass percentage is 70-80%.
Other: I chose B.Pharma because of my interest in healthcare and medicine, and the opportunity to build a career that directly contributes to patient well-being. The best part of this course is its strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of pharmacy, supported by experienced faculty and good lab infrastructure. However, I wish the course offered more industry exposure, soft skill training, and better placement support. While the campus is peaceful and academically focused, there are limited events, fests, or extracurricular activities. Connectivity to the city is good.

Review of Moulana College of Pharmacy.
Placements: I'm not sure about the top recruiting companies. A high percentage, above 80%, of students got placed. The average package is 70 LPA, the highest is 80 LPA, and the lowest is 60 LPA. Top roles are offered like drug inspector, pharmacy course teaching, and principal HOD positions in government colleges and one could own pharmacy abroad.
Infrastructure: Well-fit infrastructure like steel benches and desks, 6 to 8 fans, perfect lighting, air-circulation, clean black and whiteboards, projectors, mini lighting, etc., are available. Hostel facilities are not above average but there is an average food cleanliness.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and with good education and knowledge. They knew well how to communicate teach and solve the problems of each student. A mentor-mentee system is set so that each student is in the safe hands of their respective staff.

Good infrastructure, dissatisfied with faculty, amazing fests, course opportunities, and placements.
Placements: Top companies who provide placements are Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy, Cipla etc. Hospitals that provide placements are Apollo Hospital, PK Das Hospital, Daya Hospital, etc. Internships are offered by PK Das Hospital. Last year, around 65% of students got placed in different places. They have a very impressive pass percentage.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very impressive here. We have Wi-Fi, classrooms, clean labs, and a library with almost 1 lack of books, and digital libraries. We have all the latest versions of textbooks. The hostel has great facilities. The food is not up to the standard. Photostat, spiral binding, printing, etc., are available inside the campus itself.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They have various degrees. But most of their way of teaching is not up to the standard. Some teachers treat students like KG children. Semester exams are not very difficult if we are thorough with the portions. Sessional exams are conducted for 30 marks. The pass mark is 15.
Other: I chose this course because it provides 100% employment. The minimum salary for a pharmacist is Rs. 20,000 per month, with experience we will gain even more. Foreign countries provide a salary of above Rs. 1,00,000 per month. B.Pharma provides a wide range of opportunities in pharmaceutical companies and search fields as a pharmacist, as a professor, as a medical representative or we can even start our own company or medical store. Our college offers a wide range of fests the most famous one is Bloom which lasts for 3 days till late at night. Competitions are held between various houses. Different celebrities are invited. Concerts are conducted.

Good college with a nice campus atmosphere. Having good placement.
Placements: Top recruiters are Rajagiri hospital, Aluva. Nirmala hospital, Muvattupuzha, Life pharma, Apollo pharmacy, IQVIA, etc. Roles offered for B.Pharma include drug inspector, analyst, formulation development, etc. About 50 percent placement, and the majority of students go for pharmacist.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college campus. More labs are compared to classrooms. There are 4 departments in college. Gym facilities are available in the hostel, and a canteen is provided on the college campus. The quality of food in the hostel is comparatively good enough.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good as this college encourages freshers to teach, and there are more experienced professors in the college, which plays an important role in the college. This course is mainly wanted in the industry for manufacturing, production, testing, and developing new products.
Other: I chose this course as it has relevance in the future aspects, and there is more scope. Under Kerala University of Health Sciences, too much pressure is given to students.
