In 2016, the Uttarakhand government created Himalayan Garhwal University (HGU), Pauri. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has approved of it. The eight faculties that fall under the purview of HGU Pauri's administration are:
- Faculty of Agriculture,
- Faculty of Commerce and Management,
- Faculty of Computer Application,
- Faculty of Engineering and Technology,
- Faculty of Humanities and Science,
- Faculty of Vocational Education,
- Faculty of Paramedical and Pharmacy and
- Faculty of Law
A first-Aid facility is available in the medical room on campus with all necessary medical equipment. On the call, doctors' facilities are also available on campus. They have tie-ups with medical service organizations for regular checkups of students at particular
intervals.
The faculty has evolved a unique approach to teaching through involving creative collaboration with academic fraternity and business lobbies across the country. Himalayan Garhwal University is offering 76 undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate and Diploma courses. The university offers a wide range of courses available for its students, including B.Sc., BA, BJMC, B.Voc., M.A, MJMC, M.Voc, MBA, and Diplomas. so, the faculty-to-student ratio is good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very nice and cool, it's in a hilly mountainous area. Wi-Fi service and labs are also available. Classrooms and the library are here properly, and everything is nearby and clean. Sports activities are organized from time to time.
Infrastructure: The campus is covered with a complete Wi-Fi network and a peaceful library with a neat and clean environment in the classrooms. There are grounds for playing sports like football, tennis, cricket, and more, with guidance from sports teachers who have international-level achievements. So, try this university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good. The university is near the mountains, so the view is also good. The quality of the hostel and food is good. There are many indoor and outdoor sports. The campus is very outstanding and the nature near campus is also good.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were big, but chairs and tables were not in good condition. There was no Wi-Fi. There was a library, but I visited it very rarely. A study room was provided where cleanliness was always maintained. The hostel mess and food were bad. The basketball ground was large.
Infrastructure: The facilities on the University campus were good. It has a good canteen where we get delicious food, and the sports ground is vast, and medical services are the best. Also, the hostel campus is fully-furnished, and it has air-conditioned rooms. The washrooms are clean and hygienic.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, and the campus is clean. Classrooms have air-conditioners, and Wi-Fi connection is available for students on the campus. Labs are available for practicals, which are kept clean and maintained. Various apparatus and instruments are available for experiments. Sports and medical facilities are available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. The hostel is located in a hill area with very good nature and fresh air. Classrooms, labs, library and Wi-Fi are very good. The hostel is very good. The food served in a mess is the best, and it tastes like homemade food. Sports are very important in university, and it provides opportunities for sports.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. Labs are well maintained and have all apparatus for experiments. Wi-Fi is also available and has average speed. The mess and canteen are also available. Medical facilities and sports, indoor and outdoor games, are also available.
Infrastructure: They had excellent facilities in terms of infrastructure. The role of the administration was really good. It was a hygienic place. Everything in the college was really amazing. If I talk about facilities, they had good and hygienic places where we could have food.
Placements: A total of 500 students were placed in my college. The lowest package offered by my college was 3 LPA and the highest package offered was 20 LPA. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc., recruited students. Around 60% of students got internships. Roles offered included HR, manager, and assistant manager. Many different types of companies are recruited on college campuses. It ranges from large tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon to smaller, specialized businesses. Infrastructure: 1) Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library are there. There are good teachers to support in every stream. 2) The quality of food is quite good in hostel. Canteen's food is good and well maintained. Sports and games are not there. Medical facilities are good.
Infrastructure: The library here is good, and Wi-Fi is never a problem. The classrooms are also good. In the hostel, you can eat in the mess or ask for it from outside as per your wish. The hostel rooms are average. The labs here are also the best, but we can say that they are average.
