Overall this university is very good.

Placements: I am an arts student I prepare more for government exams. With this course, students can do any job, more people like to go to government exams or teaching line. Many students earn up to Rs. 15,000 per month through guest teaching. Overall, it is a good university.

Infrastructure: There is a complete system for living and taking care of students in this university, in which full attention is given to the living, playing, and entertainment of students. It is very good to eat here while taking care of the health of students. There are also good medical facilities for the health of the students.

Faculty: Students' education is taken good care of and teachers of every subject are available in the lab. Teachers here are very friendly and helpful. I faced many challenges here. I could not even think of going to the library located there under the supervision of the teacher.

Other: I would like to recommend to the students that they should think carefully about their future and choose the course, the rest of the system is here, you just have to choose the stream as per your goal.

Affordable fees, calm campus

Placements: I'm from the B.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) batch of 2022. Around 40–50% of students are placed from our course. The highest package is approximately 4 LPA, the lowest is 1.8 LPA, and the average hovered around 2.5–2.8 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies included local media houses, NGOs, and a few digital marketing startups. About 60% of students got internships, mostly in Doordarshan, local newspapers, and digital content firms. The most common roles offered were content writer, reporter, anchor, and social media executive.

Infrastructure: Our department had Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, audio-visual aids for media training, and a basic media lab for editing and production work. The library was well-stocked with journalism and communication books. Hostel facilities were decent, with shared rooms, drinking water, regular cleaning, and power backup. The mess food was average but hygienic. Medical aid was available on campus, and the sports facilities included a ground, a badminton court, and indoor games. Overall, the infrastructure effectively supported both academics and general student needs.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced, helpful, and highly approachable. Most of them hold PhDs or have practical field experience. Teaching methods include PPTs, discussions, and practical assignments. The curriculum is regularly updated and aligned with industry needs, especially in digital media. Exams are moderately difficult, focusing more on concept clarity and writing skills. The pass percentage is around 85–90%. Students receive good support for both the theoretical and practical parts of the course.
