Yes, it is mandatory to pay the entrance exam registration fee online in MGUMST, because the admission for some courses is entrance-based. To be eligible for admission to these courses candidates are required to apply for the entrance exam. If candidates do not pay the entrance exam form fee the form is not submitted online. MGUMST accepts NEET scores for some UG and PG courses such as BDS, MBBS, MS, etc. Further for some other courses admission is merit-based. The college has some basic eligibility criteria that differ from course to course i.e., if a student wants to apply for an undergraduate course, they must have completed Class 12 with a good aggregate score. Additionally, if a student wants to apply for higher education they must have a Class 12 and undergraduate marks certificate.

MGUMST offers both merit and entrance-based admission to all its courses. To be eligible for admission, candidates must appear and apply for the accepted entrance exam for their desired courses. Candidates must fill out the basic eligibility i.e., for admission to UG and Diploma courses must pass Class 12 with a 45-50% aggregate score and for PG must have a graduation degree with a 50-55% aggregate.
