This university is great before 2014. After that, the downfall starts due to bad administration.

Placements: The placements cell is of no use. The students are given zero assistance after completing their course. The only thing they want from a student is their complete fees and an additional fine. The VC does not care about the growth of the student, he cares about the growth of his salary.

Infrastructure: The facilities include Wi-Fi, a library, and classrooms. The spaciousness depends on the strength of the batch. Moreover, the Wi-Fi seldomly gives a strong network and has not worked for me. The only time students use university Wi-Fi is when their data pack expires. The cost allocation in fees is high.

Faculty: Faculty members are not qualified. There are departments where teachers do not even have the basic qualification to take exams. Our subject teacher is someone who is pursuing a master's while teaching students of masters. There are some good teachers, but only in selective departments.

Other: I opted for this course, because I wanted to learn filmmaking. Later on, I realized they do not even have the equipment for shooting. Our course is over and students have some decent green screen, chroma stuff. The teachers themselves do not have prior experience in production. They will advise students to pursue print and journalism even if they do not want to. They do try sometimes but it is not enough.

Mangalayatan University Aligarh is really worth it.

Placements: Mangalayatan University’s training and placement cell maintained a strong network. Approximately over 300 recruiters and more than 1000 job offers were facilitated annually. B.Tech students earned an average of 4 LPA to 8 LPA, while some MBA and BBA graduates secured 5 to 6 LPA. The highest package reached up to 12-18 LPA. Overall, 70-85% of students landed placements through active campus efforts.

Infrastructure: Mangalayatan University offered well-structured, secure hostel facilities for both boys and girls, accommodating over 600 students. Hostels were available in single, double, triple, and four-seater formats. All with AC 24/7, water purifiers on every floor, and Wi-Fi.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and qualified in their professions. Teaching in the college was very good. It seemed like there was nothing left to understand after each lecture was over. The course curriculum was very relevant and helpful throughout the year, as teachers and lecturers stuck to it. The semester exams were of moderate difficulty. An average student could pass the examination if they attended lectures carefully and revised some parts on their own.

Other: I would suggest anyone looking for a college for their bachelor's or master's degree definitely try Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The environment here was very good, and the infrastructure and facilities were all top-class. Regular events, fests, and extracurricular activities were held about once a month.

It is a waste college and there is nothing good.

Placements: In B.A.English Honours, no salary packages were offered. None of the students got enrolled for the course except me.

Infrastructure: No classroom was allotted to me. I had to go to the teacher's cabin to study. There was no sports room, and the quality of the food served was poor. Even the medical facilities provided were poor. Wi-Fi was only for officials though it was written that it would be provided to students in the brochure.

Faculty: Any random teacher was allotted for the course who did not have any knowledge about the subject. The lecture was hardly for 15 minutes every time. There was only one teacher was allowed to me for all the seven subjects. No notebooks were provided neither any books were recommended. If you want to study literature, then this is not the place for you.

Other: This place was a waste of time and money. There was zero exposure and experience. There were no intellectual activities. Neither any events were held. It was complete nepotism. No extracurricular activities were held we only had some dance and singing events.
