Medicaps University has good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Around 80% of students were placed through campus placements. The lowest salary package offered was 1.6 LPA CTC, and the highest was 8 LPA CTC. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA CTC. The top company for MBA is ICICI Bank. They had a mass recruitment of around 60 students, in which 80% were girls and 20 % were boys. The roles offered were in business development and sales, mainly.

Infrastructure: We have a smart classroom with good infrastructure with Air-conditioners. But the air-conditions doesn't work. The library is very vast and has a good variety of books. We have to scan our ID cards before entering the library. The hostel mess is below average, and the canteen is pretty good. The labs are also nice.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and are very helpful and supportive. They clear all the doubts if we ask them. But the PPTs that they use are outdated. Some teachers use PPTs from the 2023 batch. Attendance is compulsory in college, which limits our campus life. Exams are conducted every semester: we have 2 mid sem and 1 end sem examinations.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in marketing. The facilities are the best thing I can say. They are helping and providing real-life examples while explaining the concept to us. The boys' washrooms can be better.

My experience at Medicaps University is good.

Placements: The placements at Medicaps are above average. The average package is 4 LPA-5 LPA. The highest package is around 50 LPA at Google. There is also a dedicated Placement cell in Medicaps which manages the internships of students and helps in finding jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Medicaps is very good, with huge buildings/blocks for every department. There is a huge library which contains lakhs of books. We can borrow books for around 28 days. There is an e-application also available for the library. There are advanced labs for nearly everything. Sports grounds are well maintained. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and we have to log in every time we connect.

Faculty: The faculty is very big and helpful. There are different teachers for different sections for the same subjects. They use both blackboards and PPT to teach. They are connected with students through WhatsApp also and help solve everyone's doubts. The exams are not so hard. There are mid-semester tests, end-semester tests, and various activities on which our marks are dependent.

Other: There are many events that happen in Medicaps, especially its Moonstone event.

Campus environment is so beautiful and peaceful. I had great experience.

Placements: The average package of our college is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini. It is the best college for engineering placement. Top engineering college in Indore. Best placement offices to mentor.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Every facility is provided. Wi-Fi is provided in classrooms, hostel, library everywhere. The hostel is safe and the environment is also good. Mess facilities are also good. The hostel also has medical facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Semesters are difficult but teachers help to clear them. Course curriculum is definitely relevant. It actually makes the students industry-ready. Even in-house internships and workshops make things easier to learn. Industrial training and industry visits make students more knowledgeable.

Other: I like the campus culture and also that the college prefers extracurricular activities. All the sports events and fest are the best.

Overall, it is a good experience with decent placements and campus life.

Placements: In our course, almost 70–75% of students get placed, depending on the batch and individual skills. The highest package recorded was 52 LPA, while the average package stands between 5–6 LPA, and lower packages are around 2–3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Cisco, and Capgemini.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, with Wi-Fi and projectors in each one. For the first year, they have dedicated labs for each subject, such as Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, and Civil. Each student has to perform the assigned experiments throughout the semester and earn marks for the lab file and viva. The canteen is great, and I have not tried the mess food. We have a medical room for emergencies too, and a whole block for the sports club with facilities for many sports.

Faculty: Every teacher is well-qualified for their role, and to be honest, the teachers are the best. Medicaps is known for its academics. Teachers help in class. We can also approach them their free time for doubt-solving. The course curriculum is very good, with the topics that are needed. Semester exams are pretty difficult, but if you complete the whole syllabus and practice some PYQs, they become pretty easy. The pass percentage is very good in all subjects as of the first year, except Mathematics, where many students fail.

Other: I chose this course because I have always had an interest in computers and technology since childhood. The best thing about my course is that it covers various domains, like web development, software, data science, networking, etc. One thing I wish could be improved is that there should be more of a coding-friendly environment in the college rather than just studying for exams and teaching. Overall, campus life is good. Fests also take place, and the campus is big. There are many clubs, and participating in a club is mandatory now as it has credits for it.

Decent if you have no other option for a government college & want a relatively affordable college.

Placements: Around 400–500 students get placed out of a batch size of 1,500. The highest on-campus package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. There are no summer internships, and very few six-month internships are available. The top roles offered are SDE, SWE, and sales roles. Most students get placed in mass hiring companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi does not work properly. Classrooms do not get cellular signals. Labs are okay, but the systems are outdated. They do not even have basic compilers and applications. The classrooms are small but manageable. The library is good, has books and study space. It is the best thing about university.

Faculty: Very few teachers have good knowledge of their courses. The curriculum is okay. The exams are too easy, and anyone can get good grades despite not studying throughout the semester. There is no relative grading, and the marking system is basic. University keeps experimenting with paper patterns and consistently makes them worse. There is too much focus on attendance but not enough on classroom teaching.

Other: The college is good if you want to study in Indore only. It should focus more on academics and internships than on marketing. The campus is very crowded. The Moonstone Fest is not very enjoyable. The campus is well connected to the city.

Review of Medicaps University.

Placements: Companies came for packages between 1–3 LPA and sometimes offered more than that. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and many others visited the campus for placement drives. Top roles offered included Software Developer, Software Tester, and other roles such as Teleperformance.

Infrastructure: The block was a little old but decent. Labs were decent. Everything was well organized. Students got their personal LAN login ID and password, and Wi-Fi worked most of the time. Hostel facilities, especially the boys' hostel, were not very good but were livable.

Faculty: Faculty members were mostly good. Exams were conducted on time and were generally of moderate difficulty. The course curriculum was industry-oriented. It was designed for the overall development of students. Exams were conducted on time.

Other: Moonstone, the biggest event of the college, was held every year. It was enjoyable, especially if you had enough friends to participate and have fun.
