The Faculty of Pharmacy, MIT WPU attracts several well-known pharmaceutical companies for BPharm placements. To qualify for the Dr. Vishwanath Karad Scholarship (100% fee waiver), MIT WPU BA Psychology students must have scored at least 92% in Class 10 and 85% in Class 12. For other BA specialisations, the Class 10 requirement is 90%, with the same Class 12 minimum of 85%.

BA Political Science offers a variety of electives across semesters V and VI. These electives include African Studies, Central Asia Studies, and Indo-Pacific Studies. Students can also choose Defence and National Security Studies, International Security Studies, and International Law and Organisation. In addition, the programme offers Peace and Conflict Studies, Theory and Practice of Diplomacy, and Nuclear Deterrence. Other options include Public Policy Studies, International Political Economy, and Electoral Studies.

Apart from the 100% scholarship, students scoring 95% or above in Class 12 can get a 50% tuition waiver. Those scoring between 90–95% receive 40%, and 85–90% marks get 25% off. These scholarships apply to eligible students enrolled in BA programmes at Faculty of Liberal Arts, MIT WPU.

School of Government MA (Political Leadership and Government) curriculum includes  subjects such as Political Communication, Working of the Indian Constitution, Campaign Management, Psephology, Budget Analysis, Public Policy & Advocacy, and India's Foreign Policy. It provides classroom instruction alongwith fieldwork like internships and study visits to give real-world exposure of political environments to students.

Faculty of Pharmacy, MIT WPU holds a Shiksha rating of 3.4 out of 5. In comparison, Poona College of Pharmacy has a slightly higher rating of 3.7, while Alard University is rated at 3.2.
