Review of KSCJ 2025 from the perspective of a CSE student.
Placements: Placements offered in this college are very poor. There is no dedicated placement cell. There are not many offers from companies. Off-campus options are the way to go if you choose this college. There are some internships offered by various departments and companies, but they are quite limited in number.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure for my department, CS, is quite decent. It offers a sizeable number of PCs and the software required for the course. Wi-Fi is also available for students. Classrooms are of adequate size and well-maintained. Libraries are good. They are accessible at many times during the day. They are also quite decent for their online resources and PCs. Wi-Fi is available in libraries as well.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and excellent in teaching. They are also approachable, friendly, and helpful in many matters on and off campus. Exams are conducted by the college. The difficulty depends on the course you take. Under the NEP, there are new courses and subjects. The difficulty is as per the subject you take.
Other: This college is quite good if you want to achieve a healthy academic-social life balance. It has a decent number of campus events, clubs, and a fair selection system that rotates every year. Students are bright and mature. There is great company to be found here. Teachers are friendly, and the infrastructure is adequate for your course. The fees are manageable, and the staff is helpful. The college is about an hour walk from BOC and just over 15 minutes by car.

Good infrastructure with average faculty members.
Placements: Our batch has 83 students, and the average percentage of students is 70%. There are internship opportunities for students such as carpentry, sales, agriculture, and many more. It is compulsory for students to take part in the internship. There are also many job placement opportunities for students such as hotel management, business, and more.
Infrastructure: We have a commerce block that has an auditorium within its compound, along with clean drinking water facilities and washrooms and toilets for both genders. There is also a central library with a big reading room with books. The college has a Friendship Park as well.
Faculty: Teachers are good, they teach nicely and are experienced in what they do. The course is not really relevant for certain job roles, and it could be improved. The semester exams are not as tough if studied thoroughly. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this degree as I am interested in business and stock broking.

Good college with kind faculty members.
Placements: The placements in agriculture engineering and technology department are almost zero but some companies do offer jobs to IT and CSE students. The salary offered ranges from Rs 20,000 - Rs 25000. During our course, it is compulsory for every student to do at least one internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well designed with all the basic facilities like Wi-Fi and clean washrooms. College library is quite big enough and has useful resources for all the departments. Labs are well maintained by our lab assistants. There are four canteens in our college which offer food at an affordable price. However, the hostel facility is not good. The mess here is so bad. Hostel Wi-Fi is also often slow.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified. Some of the professors studied in India's top colleges like IIT Guwahati, IIT Kharagpur, NERIST, and other colleges. They are all friendly and always ready to assist with our doubts. The curriculum is relevant because it's designed by our well-qualified faculty members and is up to date. The semester exams are quite easy.
Other: All the courses are well-designed by qualified teachers. It's fun to do lab experiments. The college organises both tech and non-tech fests which are fun.

Placements: Almost 80 percent of students get placement if they apply in our college
Almost 80% of students get placements if they apply to our college. In our college, we follow a 4-year course under CBCS. Many public and private companies offer job opportunities to our college students. There is also an NCC facility in our college. There is a student council which looks into the matter of students regarding their problems on any matter. There are also many types of unions in our college based on different types of religions.
Infrastructure: We have a decent central library with all books available for our course. Classrooms are neat and have digital boards and 24/7 light facilities with enough fans. There is a very big ground for sports. There is also a big friendship park for relaxing. On top of it, there is a separate common room for both boys and girls. Last but not least, we have a separate block for arts and commerce.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified in our college. They provide extra knowledge and give examples to our doubts. They try their level best to make us understand. Semester exams are a bit difficult as the paper is checked outside the organisation. The pass percentage is a bit low.
Other: I chose B.Com as a career. There is a demand for managers and CEO. It is increasing drastically. Moreover, my dream is to become a manager.

Satisfied enough with this college. I totally recommend students to join this college.
Placements: Sociology course has a lot of roles and it provide roles depending on the person what they want. About 60 out of 100 students get internships and about 64 out of 100 students got placed in our course. As of now, there are no top companies in Nagaland for students pursuing Sociology.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are great. It provides great accommodation and food. Although there is a need for Wi-Fi. College facilities are better. It has Wi-Fi, great classrooms, and a great library. For games and sports, there is a great spot. For college, the information however is to be given at the 11th hour.
Faculty: The course is great. Teachers are professional. There is a good teacher-student ratio. There are understanding and adjustable teachers. Semester exams are easy. The course curriculum is very much relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 37%.
Other: I chose it because my ambition drove me. I would not change anything about it.

Wasn't satisfied with the college rules in 2023 for attendance.
Placements: About 70% were placed in my course. The highest was 85%, and the lowest was 60%, and the average was 40%. As I am still currently in the 2nd year, I haven't experienced that yet. Political Science, Education, History, EVS, Sociology, major, and others, minor, including Commerce.
Infrastructure: We have three Wi-Fi connections and a library on the top floor which has access to all books regarding our course and one computer lab, huge enough to fit 80 students. And every department has access to these facilities. And yes, the canteen is medium-sized with a lot of varieties of items, and there is a hostel for girls only. No idea about medical, yes, a basketball court, a volleyball ground, and some others too.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well-experienced and skilled enough to fully provide us with enough knowledge and make us learn the subject in the most entertaining and enthusiastic way, and we catch up quickly to their explanation. Yep, it’s quite relevant and makes us ready in every aspect. 60% and yes, the question paper is set by the board, so it’s medium.
Other: In case I want to appear for the civil exam, I get to learn about world politics, affairs, and political scholars, and many more related to politics. The college campus is a bit small, and the parking lot is very small. Yes, scholarships are applied once a year, and the fest is held once a year, known as UniFest, and other club activities are also there.
