The XAT 2026 result has been released on the official portal for the MBA/PGDM course. Students have to log in to the official exam portal to access and download their scorecard.
A few more updates are given below:
- The CAT 2026 registration window is expected to open in Aug 2026, for the MBA course.
- The MAT 2026 PBT mode application portal for the MBA course is now closed. The exam for the same will be conducted on May 31, 2026. For the CBT mode, the registration window is active till Jun 8, 2026, for the exam scheduled for Jun 14, 2026.

To get admission to the University, students first must have a minimum of 70 percentile in the XAT/MAT/CAT entrance test followed by selection for a Personal Interview. For MBA
- For Indian students, a minimum score of 70 percentile in CAT or XAT or MAT is required.
- For international students, a minimum credit score/GPA at Undergraduate level to be 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent GPA or relevant GMAT score
- For Working Executives=Minimum 5 years of working experience, No Objection Certificate is required from employer for working executives/sponsored candidates/ candidates on sabbatical/candidates recommended by PSUs/GOI Departments., CAT/XAT/MAT score will not be applicable.

Nalanda Open University selection criteria is merit-based only. The university offers seats to all the students who submit a completed application before the last date. There is no entrance test or interview for selection. For B.Ed however, students may have to sit for the Bihar B.Ed CET.

Yes, you can join Nalanda Open University UG-level courses directly after Class 12 resuts are announced. Students are selected based on academic merit only. For admission to courses, such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCom, and more, you may apply after Class 12 is completed.
