Candidates willing to avail of the Merit-cum-Need Scholarships at Navrachana University must visit the university's Administration section with documents specified by the university. Scholarships will be awarded after complete scrutiny of documents listed above, subject to the approval by the Financial Aid Committee. In case of incomplete or insufficient documents, the scholarship will be awarded as per committee's decision.

Navrachana University offers Merit Scholarships to UG students based on their Class 12 merit. The scholarships are offered in the form of tuition fee waivers on a first-come, first-served basis. The percentage of tuition fee waiver provided to UG students based on their Class 12 is as follows:

• 90% and above in Class 12:  100% Scholarship
• 85% and above in Class 12:  50% Scholarship
• 80% and above in Class 12:  25% Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to one student per UG programme (in each of the three categories).
