Whether one waitlist's position such as no.139 for the MBA programme at Nirma University moves into conversion will primarily depend on availability of seats in total, the number of candidates accepting the offer, and the number of students going away from the program. Historically, waitlists can move quite a bit, especially if many students decline their offers or if there are last-minute withdrawals. So, stay updated and ready to be moved at any moment on offer since it is always advisable to regularly check the university's admission portal. It would be challenge to make a prediction as to whether such wait-listed position will become an opening, still, there is always the possibility that such movement can occur.
