Undergraduate merit-cum-means scholarship:-
Scholarship of INR 1,00,000/- will be awarded only to students whose total family income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 5,00,000/- per annum.

NLU Odisha is the best university of Law. It is a government-run university. BBA LLB is a five-year integrated programme and its tuition fee at NLU Odisha is INR 1.20 Lacs annually. The total tuition fee is INR 6 lakh. It is a little expensive compared to other government institutes. Placements: In our college, almost 35-40% of students get placed every year. The average package is 10 LPA. Reputed companies like Trilegal, Khaitan, and Indus Law visit our college to recruit students. Top roles depend on the company where students get placed.
Placements: Out of a batch strength of 180, more than 70 students were placed last year. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA by Cyril Amalchand Mangaldas. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA-10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA. TriLegal, Khaitan & Co., Luthra & Associates, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas are some of the top recruiting firms at our college. Roles offered in our course are legal intern, junior associate, etc.
Placements: Out of 80 students who participated in the recruitment process, 71 were placed in the 2023 batch. The average package was 11.7 LPA. The highest package stood at 18 LPA. The top recruiters were Trilegal, Luthra and Luthra, Induslaw, Khaitan & Co., and Saraf and Partners.
Placements: Placements differ from batch to batch. Placements for the 2021 batch are not completed yet. Around 31 students out of the entire batch of 2020 got placed in companies like Khaitan and Co, L&L Partners, Argus Partners, Fox Mandal and Co and Aquilaw.
Placements: Most of the students get placed from our college. However, in the recent batches, placements have been getting better, with dozens being recruited from on-campus recruitments. L&L, Khaitan, CAM, and SAM are some of the major recruiters. The average salary package offered ranges from 12 LPA - 14 LPA. The internship committee has been very active since 2018, and in 2019. More than 60 internships were secured for winter and summer internships each.
Placements: Placements for our senior batch are good. They got hired in top law firms like Amarchand, Khaitan & Co., Luthra and Luthra, etc. There is a placement committee in the university which is a student body and supervised by a faculty adviser. The committee plays a key role in acquiring placements.

The NLUO Odisha CLAT Cutoff 2026 was published for various categories under both the All India and Home State quota, unlike many other NLUs. The cutoff was out for Round 1 in the form of opening and closing ranks. According to that, the closing ranks ranged from 800 to 907 for the General AI categor

NLU Odisha accepts the CLAT cutoff ranks for admission to the LLM and the BA LLB (Hon) course. The NLU Odisha CLAT cutoff 2026 was released for all categories under the All India quota till round 2.

NLU Odisha offers a total of 120 seats for the BA LLB course. Among these, 25% seats are reserved for General, ST & SC students, and under 5% seats are reserved for Specially Abled Persons (SAP) at the all India level according to the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

Yes, NLU Odisha have a state domicile reservation for the candidates belonging to various categories under Home State. Unlike many NLUs, it has released its CLAT cutoff 2025 for both All India and Home State quotas. In relation to that, the NLU Odisha cutoff 2025 for BA LLB Hons. and BBA LLB Hons. c
