Kavayitri Bahinbai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University was awarded with four star grade in the year 2001, a B grade with 2.88 CGPA in the year 2009 and an A Grade with 3.11 CGPA in 3rd Cycle re-accreditation in the year 2015 by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore. The NMU BTech cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BE / BTech courses for various categories under the All India quota. 

For the General AI quota, the BTech in Mechanical Engineering cutoff in the last round ranged from 158293 to 659752, wherein the hardest college for admission was G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management. 

On the other hand, Godavari College of Engineering was the easiet college for admission for the aforementioned course.

The North Maharashtra University offers admission to its BSc courses on the basis of performance in the last qualifying examination. Hence, the applicants scores in Class 12 or equivalent exam are considered. The students are not required to take an entrance exam. To be eligible for the UG programme, aspirants must be Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board. Eligible candidates can further visit the university's official website to register and apply.
