I am a Jindalite, hurray!

Placements: In my batch, there were a total of 13 students. Out of those, 12 were placed on campus selection, and the other 1 was placed off campus. All got the same package of 3.2 LPA. There were two companies for the recruitment: one was Jindal Power Limited, and the other was JSW Steel, Bellary, Karnataka. Almost 99% of students got placement in the final year, i.e., 2026.

Infrastructure: In my college, Wi-Fi is available 24x7. There is a canteen and hub facilities for day scholars and hostel students. Talking about my mining department, we have a rock mechanics lab, which we sometimes call the mining lab, for the students to learn about different types of rock mass testing equipment. Also, to talk about campus, we have all types of sports available. Mess food is good enough compared to other colleges; you can trust Jindal for its service blindly.

Faculty: All the professors are highly qualified. They are very supportive and always ready to help the students anytime. They provide every possible way for a student to learn easily. Semester exams, according to me, are very easy, and hence it also depends on one’s dedication and determination.

Other: If I talk about the college events, they are good because they are held once a year in the month of February, as they help to maintain curiosity among the students and also maintain discipline in studies. Every year, a topper list is generated, and students are given scholarships. I too scored a 10 CGPA 2 times and got the scholarship. I chose this course because every person in my family is in this profession. The best thing about my course is that it is based on practical field experience, and hence it's easy for the students to gain knowledge.

Satisfied with my college.

Placements: Top roles offered in my courses include freshers getting a decent package of 10 LPA-12 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA-5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Jindal Steel, SAW, Jindal Panther, Mahindra, etc. Internships are offered in the 2nd to 3rd year and are primarily designed for core branches.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in both the hostel and the college. Classrooms are well-designed. The library is sufficient for your curriculum and other materials. All other competitive exam books are also shelved here. Food is fine with decent medical facilities. Sports equipment and needs are completely taken care of. Hostel facilities given here are quite comfortable with assistance from our wardens who are always ready to help us in every possible way.

Faculty: Teachers are great in their fields and are really helpful and knowledgeable. They certainly help us after study hours. The curriculum is designed by the college itself and is relevant to our industries as it needs industry-ready students. Semester exams are pretty difficult and create a study season for everyone. Mostly 60-80 percent of students pass here.

Other: I chose this course as it was designed perfectly. Placements are really attractive with a decent package. I wish to master my course topics such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. Events are conducted regularly like cricket events, techno events, etc. Connectivity is easy as the bus routes are connected, and bus facilities are available. The surroundings include a great plantation, but also have pretty bad air quality. Scholarships are given yearly based on a test.

Placements: There should be a 6.5 CGPA is eligible for placements. The highest package is 33 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. My course fee is 12 LPA. The college provides good placement training and supports students for placement.

Infrastructure: The food taste is average. The staff is friendly and helpful in all sports. They train well in football, badminton, cricket, volleyball, and kabaddi. There is a free gym for all students. The campus and hostel are clean, and hostel rooms are cleaned every day. Every student can use the digital libraries. Smart classrooms and digital libraries are available.

Faculty: Teachers help students and conduct GATE classes. They take students for industrial visits. The passing mark for all students is 50. Faculty is the best and most attentive. Students learn easily. They also provide good internships.

Infrastructure: It has nice classrooms. Labs are very good they use i9 processors. The whole college is connected with Wi-Fi and it provides very fast internet. The library is big and fully air-conditioned. The ground is there for sports. It has a nice hostel with AC and non-AC rooms. Mess is also very good.

Faculty: Our college has good faculty members. They all got good degrees from NIT and IIT. They are highly educated. Their lectures are very good and very helpful. Semester exams are not so tough to pass. It is a nice place to study and complete our graduation. I suggest students come and experience the best part of their life.

The management of this college is very slow, and every announcement will be provided.

Placements: More than 50 students enrolled for this course. The highest package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Jindal, etc. More than 90% of students get internships from this course. Top roles offered in this college are accountant, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is above average, but not that good. Facilities offered here are also above average. AC classrooms are provided. The mess food is also good as we feel like home food. Medical facilities are also there whenever needed. There is also a canteen where the food is great. Many sports and games facilities are also there.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful to some extent, and not all are the same. Some teachers are good, and some are just for the namesake. Some like and some don't, and everyone has different points of view, so it is up to us whether we like them or not. It totally depends on our experience.

Review of OPJU - OP Jindal University, Raigarh.

Placements: The college doesn't give good placements, and it is very average. All my seniors recommend does not expect any placements and try going on our own. Not much big companies come here so don't expect but in core branches, there are good chances as Jindal it self hire students.

Infrastructure: The college has good Wi-Fi, a library, classrooms, and labs. All types of labs are available like AI, science, chemistry, physics, etc. The network is less but Wi-Fi is good. There are 2 hostels for boys and 1 for girls. Girls hostel is small so consider that boys hostel is spacious.

Faculty: Faculty members are mind-blowing. They have good qualifications and provide a good concept of teaching. The course curriculum is not good as it has unnecessary topics like physics, chemistry, and Autocad for the CS students. It is easy to pass semester exams.

Other: I chose this course because of family pressure. One big event is organised and it is really grand. We will enjoy it for sure. There are a lot of scholarships, which we can get.
