On Admissions
Q:   Can I pursue B.Pharm after completing my D Pharmacy course?
A:

Definitely, one can pursue B Pharma after completing D Pharma. The process is slightly different in terms that once a candidate completes a D Pharma, instead of taking admission to B Pharma directly and starting from the first year, the candidate can take admission to lateral entry. In this case, the candidate has to take admission in 2nd year and then the B Pharma shall be of three-year duration. This is a popular method of pursuing a B Pharma, wherein the candidates wish to expand their knowledge base as well as pursue a higher degree in Pharmacy.

The college infrastructure is good, faculty is satisfactory, and placement drives occur annually.
Placements: B. Pharma is an official course, and if we talk about the placement percentage in my course, it’s over 50%. The top recruiting companies in my course are CIPLA and Parul has its own medicine company. The medicine produced is good, and the percentage of students who get internships is also over 50%.
Infrastructure: At Parul, there are very good facilities in labs, classrooms, and library. The hostel is very expensive, but it provides all facilities like Wi-Fi, security, etc. The mess food is good, and the canteen offers a variety of options. The campus also provides all kinds of sports facilities and games.
Faculty: The teaching quality is very good, and there is strictness during exams. The passing percentage for the B. Pharma course is 50%. Faculty members are very good. They complete the syllabus on time and also have industrial visits.
Other: I chose this course because it is professional, and it offers great chances to get a job. The campus is also good.

Infrastructure is awesome and campus is beautiful and vibrant
Placements: You get placements in good companies like Intel, Amazon, Nestle, and many more big industries. For pharmacy, there are more opportunities to get into the big companies like Sunpharma and Zydus. You can also apply for foreign countries' industries, they provide great packages.
Infrastructure: They have a very good hostel with AC. They serve good healthy food and provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Classrooms don't have AC in pharmacy. But they do have in engineering department. We have CCTV in all the classrooms with smart board. Libraries have the access of Wi-Fi. Even hostel provides Wi-Fi unlimited data.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They teach in a very good manner. The course curriculum is relevant and semester exams are difficult if you don't study. There are many books provided by the college. The curriculum is relevant and in my college, they teach many things that are helpful in the industry like how to use HPTC, HPLC, and many more instruments.
Other: Scholarships are there. Some students here got scholarship. They need not even pay for hostel, and college government provides the fee.

I am satisfied with my college as the teaching faculty is good and helps you.
Placements: It offers theoretical and practical knowledge of the course. The highest package offered in B.Pharma is 24 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Nestle, Sun Pharma, and Cipla. The placements are based on an interview, and you get selected based on that. Most of the students get placed here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. There is Wi-Fi available, and there are labs with instruments that will be needed in the course. There is also a library for studying. The food quality of the mess is good, and there is a sports ground. There is a rector available in the hostel 24/7 for your safety.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful here, and the course is according to the Pharmacy Council of India. The semester exams are easy if you study properly. Most of the students pass here. The teacher has a good teaching strategy and helps students understand the concept easily.
Other: There are fests conducted here like concerts, literature fest, pharma fest, and all kinds of fests. I chose this course to learn more about medicine.

The college has good placements and faculty support.
Placements: They conduct special placement sessions, and companies offering packages range from 2 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Highly reputed companies come, and they provide training for interview preparation and arrange special training programs. The highest package received by a B. Pharma student is 4 LPA, and the average package for all students is around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available. Wi-Fi access is provided for students and faculty members, and we have a separate library for our institute with all the course books available. Our lab has all the necessary facilities, including highly costly equipment like rotary evaporators, UV spectroscopy, and HPLC.
Faculty: Faculty members and non-teaching staff are helpful in our studies. Most of our faculty members use projectors for lectures and upload proper notes of the lecture in the group. They also conduct online class tests, and preparation for competitive exams is done. They provide proper guidance in our work.

Pharmacy at Parul university .
Placements: 2024 passout batch's highest package was 5.6 LPA at Nestle and role was product manager and average is around somewhere between 2 and 3 LPA. Many students aren't interested in taking placement because they want to pursue there higher studies, and many of them want to start their own pharmacy.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good from outside but classroom benches are old in many classes but our research laboratory is first class; all the machines and equipment are available. If we talk about hostels, that's good, but mess is okay, okay, not good not bad. We are only surviving.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and good. They are also a good mentor and guide to do something in our field. If we talk about semester exams, they were quite difficult. There are very few students who scores more than 8 CGPA. Course curriculum is relevant.

The college's campus was good. Placements are disappointing. Overall, the classroom was good.
Placements: More than 130 students are in the class and only 20 are placed. The highest package was 7 lacs, which was given to MPHARM students and the other average package was 2–3 lacs. Top recruiters included Sun Pharma, Tata, Nestled, and Alembic. Many students got placed in production and as MR .
Infrastructure: Talking about classroom- the faculty are well experienced and qualified. Wi-fi is available of high-speed and talking about classroom sometime it is hard to understand coz of language barrier as the faculty starting speaking in Gujrati and library they have all the important books which are needed. Now talking about hostel- there are plenty of hostels available with good Wi-Fi network and comfortable rooms but the mess food was the worst. Everything tastes sweet and it is the worst food ever. We used to go to the canteen, where they provided good and affordable food. There are lots of festivals organized, and lots of sports are organized. Specially concerts are held and it has a vibrant campus.
Faculty: The teachers were really very helpful, understandable, well experienced and qualified. They have a good way of teaching. Some of the MPHARM student got placed in the same college as faculty; they were not that good and were hard to understand. Yes, the practical was held, which was the most interesting class for all students. To make medicine, table was the most exciting part. Well, the semester exam was, to be honest, very easy. You just had to learn some of the important topic which faculty used to provide the most and read those topics, so it was easy.
Other: Well, I was very confused at first so I took this course randomly. And in reality, I couldn't find any good things in this course because, in the end, what matters is the scope. There is very little scope in this industry. The only thing that can be improved is placement and also assigning good faculty, not those college M.Pharma students who pass out and don't know how to teach. The campus is really good, with a lot of food courts available. Various varieties of food are available in an affordable range. Lots of celebrities came and concerts were held. A good place to spend time with friends and make memories.
