Periyar University Salem offers Bachelor of Vocational (BVoc) courses of three-year duration. The courses are offered in four specialisations, including Food Science and Nutrition, Textiles and Apparels Design, Digital Marketing, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR & VR). Aspirants are required to meet the minimum eligibility conditions and take the Periyar University Entrance Exam for UG courses (conducted by the respective department).

Periyar University BVoc Admission 2022: Total Fee & Eligibility Criteria

The BVoc courses are offered at Periyar University under different departments. The entrance exam and other admission processes are to be completed as per the respective department as well. The following table gives a brief on BVoc specialisations fee and eligibility criteria:

*The fee is calculated as per the total fee given in the university prospectus. Exam fees and Industrial training charges (if any) will be extra.

NOTE:

• For BVoc AR & VR course, the tuition fee is waived off for SC/ST and differently-abled students.
• Vocational stream students are most preferred during admission.

Periyar University BVoc Application Process 2022

Candidates can fill out and submit the Periyar University BVoc application form in online mode. Students might have to send the filled application to the respective department. The steps to be followed for filling out and submitting of online admission form are as follows:

Step 1: Visit the Periyar University official website (www.periyaruniversity.ac.in).

Step 2: Register by entering credentials like applicant name, date of birth, etc. to generate login ID and password.

Step 3: Login to fill out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the important documents.

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheet

• Category certificate (if applicable)
