The hostel fees for BTech students at Pimpri Chinchwad University is charged differently from girls and boys. The total hostel fees is INR 1.5 Lacs for girls and 1.4 Lacs for boys. There are two components in hostel fees, one being the hostel fees which is INR 1 Lacs and INR 90,000 for girls and boys respectively. The other component is mess fees which is INR 50,000 for both girls and boys.

Students must have to qualify Class 10+2 from a recognised with a minimum 45% marks.

Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering accepts two main entrance exams for B.Tech admission-MHT CET and JEE Main. For students from Maharashtra, MHT CET is compulsory while, for all-India candidates, their JEE Main scores are accepted. Applicants have to meet the eligibility requirements and have to undergo a centralized admission process (CAP) based on the candidates' exam scores.
